She will text you if there are any issues, and this last time I went away she text me with pics. It is so comforting when you are away and your animals are at home and happy. I would never take them to a Kennel again, just because your animals are less stressed when you can have them at home and not caged. I never even worry if heaven for bid if they were to get ill, because Melissa will take them to my vet, pay for it and settle up with you when you come back. I can't say enough wonderful things about Peace of Mind Pet Care, because if you are an animal lover like myself your animals are your family. The last thing I do want to say is, it is so extremely reasonable to have Melissa come to my home

When asking about the hours they will be happy to tell you the hours. Something you need to be aware of is the pricing policy (which has apparently been their policy since opening) . They are open until 5. If you pick up your pets after the noon hour-you are charged for a full nights kenneling. It is not a doggy day care, or an hourly penalty. This is their right. I am sharing for anyone who is scheduling a stay, so they do not get blindsided by an additional days charge. Again, if you place your pets in their care, at least you can be rest assured they will be safe.
