We endorse him without reservation. We had asked for a quote to replace our air conditioning/heating unit. Rick arrived promptly and in uniform (shirt and trousers). There are very few techs, who show up easy to identify the company they work for by their appearance. After introducing himself and confirming the purpose of the visit, Rick went right to it. He identified quickly that our AC unit, and consequently the air return opening in the ceiling, is too small for the house square footage. He also advised us that the air flow in the current ducts is too low by taking a meter reading. In fact, each of his observations was based on readings from devices, not personal guesses. In our parting discussion, Rick noted in detail an additional aspect of our cooling system, which is no longer compliant with industry standards and how we could address it. Rick completed a fairly thorough investigation of our system and presented his findings and his suggested resolutions in a way we could understand. It's one thing to be a thorough expert, but it's quite another to be able to explain the findings in a way that the customer(s) will be able to make an educated decision how to proceed. In the end the new system needed to be replaced - so Fiscor did just that. They installed a brand new system and sent nearly every manager/specialist on their team to triple check everything before they left. I have called the office 3 times requesting a standard itemized receipt for my records, but they continue to give me evasive answers. As a customer, I have a right to know exactly what parts were installed and what I am paying for. Hiding the breakdown makes it impossible to verify if the pricing is fair or if the correct parts were actually used. Avoid this company if you value honest, transparent business practices.
