Of the four bidders, I felt that Ted had the best understanding of the job. They replaced an HVAC unit in my home. I needed a 4 ton unit which was not available for a week. So he upgraded to a 5 ton unit at no extra charge (this was immediately available). He had told me that he would start work the day after signing the contract and he kept his word even though the 4 ton unit was not available. He and his staff are technically competent and ethical.
