That said I did not get a great deal on my bike. The person who closed on my sale is gone. He was unwilling to budge on the price even after I told him there were better deals at other dealerships. I broke down and bought from him since I developed a relationship with him and a former salesman. The two men let me test ride many bikes and take long test rides of many bikes for 2yrs. Even after the guy I bought it from left, I was treated well every time I brought my bike in and received A+ service, in the parts and service depts. . After hearing horror stories from friends about other dealerships & shops I think the extra money spent to cultivate a relationship was worth it. Now that my prior salesman, Orlando, is back I hope to get a good deal when I upgrade. Minus one star for the lack of movement on MSRP, but again my treatment & pricing in follow up serice and installing goodies. worth it to me

The bike itself, a 125cc Grom clone seems to be made well for a China bike. I do not think it is up to the same quality standards as the Japanese bikes like the Honda Grom and Kawasaki Z125. Also, the Motrac website advertises a top speed of 70mph which is complete nonsense with a 180lb rider. Maybe in theory it can reach a top speed of 70 but, in the real world, 58 was all she had. All in all, Motrac has several nice little motorcycles for sale and they are coming out with some bigger displacement bikes too. The customer service I received from Motrac was good. All questions were answered in a timely fashion and they were always polite. I'd deal with them again.
