Overall, great experience. I didn't feel intimidated or anything being in a specialized bike shop. Initially, an employee quoted me $580, but when I returned the next day to complete the purchase, they refused to honor that quote and charged me $680 instead. There was zero effort to assess my needs or help me choose the right bike. Later, I brought the bike in for the included "free tune-up." Instead of servicing the bike, the staff spent the entire time using high-pressure sales tactics--trying to push me into buying another bike, aggressively asking for a 25% deposit, and offering an insulting $200 trade-in value for a bike I bought brand new from them very recently. They view customers strictly as wallets and rely on aggressive, untrustworthy tactics. Avoid this shop.

They have this service where you ask a question and companies respond. So I asked who could fix my spoke on my wheel? I received several responses via text and I chose Full Circle Cycle. The cost for the service was reasonable consider (which I later found out) was not any easy fix. Fred explained everything to me about the fix and why the spoke broke in the first place. I really appreciate how friendly everyone is in that area and though you might think gets would get trampled, it really is very family-friendly. Now I just have to get a mountain bike!

I was super excited to finally get a brand new bike, a rarity these days of late due to the National Bike Shortage. Like every Christmas miracle, it had some work, the bike came into a thousand pieces to put together. Let's just say I did a frumpy job, that it made for an uncomfortable ride, so to Power Cycle BMX I go. It's not like I had far to go to get to the bike shop, and on the way my bike tire got slashed through by a hanger from JCpenny. I mean who throws hangers out onto a sidewalk, it's just a trashy way of shopping. With the help from the 6-Dwarfs, I made it to Power Cycle-BMX with my bike hapehazeredly intact. The owner did such an accommodating job taking my bike in right away, replaced the tire, and fixed the parts I messed up on upon installation. Who would've thought I had my handlebars on backwards?? so Dopey of me. The bike looked amazingly PERFECT, I was so excited to begin my journey on the horizon. So I took my bike back on the yellow-brick road to see what land it will lead me too next, a place I would never go, if it wasn't for Power Cycle BMX. Overall- Quick, Fast, and Convenient Bike Tune-Ups, and Repairs. You can get your bike in, and out BUT don't expect to find any bikes to buy till 2021.
