Stacy (wife) is very responsive and very professional. After confirming date and time for service I found out my wife already had plans and her vehicle would not be available to get serviced. I informed them that only my vehicle would be available and they were very accommodating. The day of service they showed up right on time. Jelani and Terrel (father and son) were very professional and did an amazing detail job on the interior and exterior. The service is definitely worth the (reasonable) price. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Like the saying goes, "Cheap seafood ain't good and good seafood ain't cheap." After they were done I asked if I could get on the schedule to have my wife's vehicle detailed and they scheduled me right away for the following day. Again, they were punctual and showed up when they said they would. Once again, they did an awesome detailing job on my wife's vehicle as they did on mine. I will definitely recommend this, family owned, business to friends and neighbors.

I waited a few weeks before reviewing to see how the after experience went. And I'm pleased to…read morereport it's been positive all around! From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I've had zero concerns and it's been great!

I have a confession, I'm super late on this review-- I got called out on it today…read more.. I've been getting my car detailed here since I bought it, Lucien, in October 2023. Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it! They warranty their work and ensure you walk away feeling your money was well invested-- thanks guys!!!

We go fishing a lot and the car started to be obnoxious. We tried so many different things and finally decided to do a deep interior clean to see if it would help. He also came to my home to do the cleaning which helps since I work from home

He came over and got straight to work. It took a few hours to completely detail my SUV with his gold package, but it was SO worth it! The gold package was $185 and he did a protective coat on my leather seats for an extra $20. He came in at a great rate for all of this and his work is simply AMAZING! Can't wait to schedule Daniel again for both of our cars!

He asked me to send him a text with the details so I did. He was very responsive and provided me via text with a quote and detail on how he would clean the truck. He told me he could not get to it the same day, but that he would meet me at my house the next day between 4:30-5:00 (August 10). Sounded great! August 10 came and went, and despite repeated attempts to text and call Daniel, he completely ghosted me. I tried again today (August 11) to no avail. First, I hope he is okay because he was so responsive on Saturday only to go completely silent on Sunday and not even show up. I was really hoping to utilize Alura Services, but this is not a good introduction.
