Such a fun place in The Dells. This arcade has plenty to keep everyone happy. There is also glow in dark miniature golf upstairs. The staff were very nice, especially Carolyn. It's apparent that employees here like their jobs as it shows.

What an unexpected delight! Our hotel gave us a pass for free miniature golf here and so we decided to check it out. One would never know from their unassuming Broadway storefront that this place is 17,000 square feet of fun. We entered to find they have a pretty legit arcade, 3D miniature golf, a mini-escape room, laser tag, and a laser maze. For $14, you can get an attraction pass that allows you laser tag, 3D mini golf, and 2 laser maze attempts. We did a little bit of everything. What we loved: + The 3D mini golf is super fun (for the record, we did mini-golf, so this wasn't a hard sell. But, the 3D aspect added a layer of difficulty, not to mention visual wonders) + The arcade has all the standard fun. Plus, they have a pretty cool (seemed relatively new) air hockey table + The Escape Room has a five minute time frame (so definitely not as complicated as your usual hour escape room). It's small (there were 3 of us...I definitely wouldn't want more than that), but fun. We escaped on our second try. + The kiddo really enjoyed laser tag What was less than fab: +I honestly wouldn't recommend the laser maze. It would be fun for maybe younger kids? But our group (young teen and adults) weren't wild about it. All in all, would definitely recommend for a fun day in the Dells! Get to it!

A digital arcade game scoreboard displays scores for three players, with one marked as high score and another as game over.

Carolyn displayed outstanding professional during a massive rush of customers. Their facility overall was nice, clean and neat.

My cousin, David, and I after playing Pump It Up. - A man and a woman are engaged in a dance arcade game at Wild Fun Zone, with colorful screens and game controls visible.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves greatly here. Thanks, Carolane, for going above and beyond to provide quality service. You showed patience and addressed all of my questions. It had been over 15 years since my cousin and I last played Pump It Up. Thanks for helping us make this happen today. It made our day!!!! - Karen

First time coming to this Arcade since I've been to the Dells! I'm giving it a 4 star rating due to the customer service I experienced. The ladies in there were very helpful with great attitudes and, you can tell they're kid friendly. I like the space of the arcade since it's local however, I do feel like there could've been more adult and, kid games to play. Some of the games don't work properly and, wasting your money and time isn't the greatest feeling. I got the two admissions package deal off Groupon which included, 1 Laser Maze challenge; 1 Mini Golf that has 3D glasses available and 1 Laser tag for $14 which wasn't too bad. I do wish the laser tag game was a little longer than 10 minutes! You start having fun right in the midst of those minutes & then it's over. Including a second round would be ideal. However, for the price you pay this Arcade isn't that bad and the upkeep is pretty decent! Overall the customer service was good, the location is convenient & the games are okay too.

the arcade was huge and one of the best I've ever been to and the mini golf was reasonably priced and so much fun for me and my friends. We're all adults but this place is fun for people of all ages.

Nice lil Spot to take the kids. They played lazer tag, went through a lazer maze, and played mini golf.

I bought four tickets to urban air today and when checking in an employee told us that we were not able to make a return on the socks I accidentally bought. after asking two employees because it was an accident and rudely being told no with no other remedies to our issue we demanded the manager. The employee proceeded to make little side comments to another employee that was standing with her, that were extremely rude and offensive, and my husband told her that she needed to learn how to properly do her f job when we were walking away. He did say the F word in all of that because he was upset at the horrible customer service we were receiving. I have been to urban air plenty of times and never had a horrible customer service until this experience. As a trainer of new employees I would beyond disappointed to find out employees were rude to customers and fueling a fire that already had to get the manage involved. I don't care how old an employee is, business are expected to have great customer service and solve customs issues. Not continue to rile up already upset customer. We simply were asking for solutions when they wanted to be rude and say there was nothing they could do but didn't even try to suggest the manager . We asked for a manager. He was not out of line for asking for the manager at this point in time the manager came helped us right away with our issue super friendly, understanding that it was a mistake made. there were further problems until the two employees standing behind the counter we're talking about us so my husband told them to learn how to do their fucking job and then all of a sudden securities following us around and start bullying my husband and not even wanting to hear our side of the story or understand that we had a legitimate reason we were upset. tried explaining to the manager and the security guard that It's escalating because they're not trying to listen to us, the security guard called me a liar and then later on said that I was actually right about what I was saying I wasn't a liar, but of course at that point no one's listening to what we have to say anyways but I just wanted it known that if they were properly trained on how to handle situations and didn't try to talk bad about customers when the customer asked for a manager when they're not able to help then none of this would happen so unfortunately, while this did spiral out of control it's spiraled out of control because the employees were super inappropriate super disrespectful, and clearly didn't know how to do their job properly. They started out already, not warm and welcoming when I was asking them questions about our tickets and then we had issues with the socks. obviously they weren't looking to offer a refund and the security guards felt it appropriate to follow us out to our vehicle and place their hand on the vehicle. just trying to be extra when the whole thing could have already been defused if they didn't want to continue to try and keep the situation escalated. just sad because it is something my family and I have always had a great time. Hopefully this can be a learning opportunity for the entire staff.
