Such a fun place in The Dells. This arcade has plenty to keep everyone happy. There is also glow in dark miniature golf upstairs. The staff were very nice, especially Carolyn. It's apparent that employees here like their jobs as it shows.

What an unexpected delight! Our hotel gave us a pass for free miniature golf here and so we decided to check it out. One would never know from their unassuming Broadway storefront that this place is 17,000 square feet of fun. We entered to find they have a pretty legit arcade, 3D miniature golf, a mini-escape room, laser tag, and a laser maze. For $14, you can get an attraction pass that allows you laser tag, 3D mini golf, and 2 laser maze attempts. We did a little bit of everything. What we loved: + The 3D mini golf is super fun (for the record, we did mini-golf, so this wasn't a hard sell. But, the 3D aspect added a layer of difficulty, not to mention visual wonders) + The arcade has all the standard fun. Plus, they have a pretty cool (seemed relatively new) air hockey table + The Escape Room has a five minute time frame (so definitely not as complicated as your usual hour escape room). It's small (there were 3 of us...I definitely wouldn't want more than that), but fun. We escaped on our second try. + The kiddo really enjoyed laser tag What was less than fab: +I honestly wouldn't recommend the laser maze. It would be fun for maybe younger kids? But our group (young teen and adults) weren't wild about it. All in all, would definitely recommend for a fun day in the Dells! Get to it!

Carolyn displayed outstanding professional during a massive rush of customers. Their facility overall was nice, clean and neat.

My family and I enjoyed ourselves greatly here. Thanks, Carolane, for going above and beyond to provide quality service. You showed patience and addressed all of my questions. It had been over 15 years since my cousin and I last played Pump It Up. Thanks for helping us make this happen today. It made our day!!!! - Karen

First time coming to this Arcade since I've been to the Dells! I'm giving it a 4 star rating due to the customer service I experienced. The ladies in there were very helpful with great attitudes and, you can tell they're kid friendly. I like the space of the arcade since it's local however, I do feel like there could've been more adult and, kid games to play. Some of the games don't work properly and, wasting your money and time isn't the greatest feeling. I got the two admissions package deal off Groupon which included, 1 Laser Maze challenge; 1 Mini Golf that has 3D glasses available and 1 Laser tag for $14 which wasn't too bad. I do wish the laser tag game was a little longer than 10 minutes! You start having fun right in the midst of those minutes & then it's over. Including a second round would be ideal. However, for the price you pay this Arcade isn't that bad and the upkeep is pretty decent! Overall the customer service was good, the location is convenient & the games are okay too.

the arcade was huge and one of the best I've ever been to and the mini golf was reasonably priced and so much fun for me and my friends. We're all adults but this place is fun for people of all ages.

Nice lil Spot to take the kids. They played lazer tag, went through a lazer maze, and played mini golf.

They have a bunch of the good Star Wars arcade games that are slightly older yet still tons of fun. I love the 4 player X-men arcade game room along with all the marvel comics variants as four player games. That is awesome to play through and beat them all with friends. Needs improvement They desperately need better HVAC. Having teenage boys and gamer kids inevitably means fewer showers. It's noticeable as you walk in and hits you like a truck. While we have been here before and it didn't have an odor then, this is a hurdle you need to cross if not remedied immediately. A surprisingly low amount of pinball cabinets and of the ones they have, half of them work. A bunch of the seats have ripped edges, duct tape and broken plastic. Overall It's a B sort of place that older teenagers will not be thrilled with but middle school kids will love it

For just $15, you can play as much as you'd like, with a wide variety of games from classics that are even older than me (if you can believe that) to things that are quite a bit newer. Games are mostly organized by type, so all of your racing games are together, shooters, etc., which is nice for the most part, but can make mounting and dismounting some of the racers a bit tricky or have you slightly closer to a stranger than you would prefer. Most games were in good repair, though a few were not so good, such as House of the Dead 4. Would have preferred a bit more in terms of snacks and beverages to allow me to stay longer and play a bit more, but I'll just prepare better next time!

It was a little expensive, but it was included in our Wild Pass for Great Wolf Lodge. I'm not sure I would have paid the $40 per kid had it not been included. I didn't like the fact that you had to give your kid's name and birthday to access their wand. But they assured us it's only used for the game and not solicitation. However they will be in the system for any future games and won't have to start at the beginning again. This place is semi wheelchair accessible. There are 4 levels but the elevator only takes you to level 2. Most items are on level 1 & 2. The forest is on level 3 and there are a few items that have to be found on that level. I believe level 4 is slides and ropes to play on etc. Oh and 3 hours in we asked how long this should take.... they told us 3-6 hours! Only 2 more adventures left. Time to defeat the dragon!
