We took our family here on Christmas Day and were pleasantly surprised that they were open. It ended up being a great way to spend part of the holiday together. The staff was very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We bought our tickets through Groupon and saved some money, which was a nice bonus. There was plenty to do and something for all of the kids, no matter their age from games to laser tag and mini golf. So I went there with my family around 2 summers ago since we had cards that gave us a free round of mini-golf, laser tag, and the laser maze. I LOVED all the games they had there and had so much fun with all the attractions! My only issue is the fact that I went to redeem my tickets at the counter and the girl working took my card to pull the tickets off and never gave it back to me. Me, my cousin who I will call O for privacy reasons, and her girlfriend, M (calling her that for privacy reasons), were standing in line waiting to do the laser maze when I mentioned that I didn't get my card back and M had said she didn't get hers back either. So O used her card to cover us for the laser maze. Afterwords, we went to the counter to tell the girl what was going on, explaining how my card was supposed to have free rounds for the laser tag, laser maze, and mini-golf on it, and she just didn't seem to have any clue as to what I was talking about. She pulled out a box of cards and shuffled through them, as if to think she could somehow figure out which card was mine, but was still clueless. Eventually, she just told us that I was good to play and to just let the girl running the laser tag know that I was good. So we ended up playing a fun game of laser tag. Needless to say, I'm not sure I will ever return because that was just shady how some people got their cards back and others didn't. Maybe I'll return if they retrain their employees to return the game cards so customers can keep them and reload them at a later date if they decide to return. read more

Such a fun place in The Dells. This arcade has plenty to keep everyone happy. There is also glow in dark miniature golf upstairs. The staff were very nice, especially Carolyn. It's apparent that employees here like their jobs as it shows. read more

What an unexpected delight! Our hotel gave us a pass for free miniature golf here and so we decided to check it out. One would never know from their unassuming Broadway storefront that this place is 17,000 square feet of fun. We entered to find they have a pretty legit arcade, 3D miniature golf, a mini-escape room, laser tag, and a laser maze. For $14, you can get an attraction pass that allows you laser tag, 3D mini golf, and 2 laser maze attempts. We did a little bit of everything. What we loved: + The 3D mini golf is super fun (for the record, we did mini-golf, so this wasn't a hard sell. But, the 3D aspect added a layer of difficulty, not to mention visual wonders) + The arcade has all the standard fun. Plus, they have a pretty cool (seemed relatively new) air hockey table + The Escape Room has a five minute time frame (so definitely not as complicated as your usual hour escape room). It's small (there were 3 of us...I definitely wouldn't want more than that), but fun. We escaped on our second try. + The kiddo really enjoyed laser tag What was less than fab: +I honestly wouldn't recommend the laser maze. It would be fun for maybe younger kids? But our group (young teen and adults) weren't wild about it. All in all, would definitely recommend for a fun day in the Dells! Get to it! read more

mini golf: ONLY 9 holes- they didn't tell us this & the cards say 18, so it was very upsetting that there was only 9. bathrooms: DISGUSTING- don't use if you can. for the women's bathroom there were three stalls, one broken, one plugged, and one ready to use without toilet paper. the whole thing was dirty sticky and disgusting. overall: wouldn't come back, one of the worst parts of my groups trip. the people there were also rude. read more

Came here on a Saturday during the off-season and there were still a number of kids and families there but we were able to take advantage of many of the games they had. It's not the biggest arcade but they have a lot of the standard games, shooting, racing, and of course Jurassic Park. They also have Skee ball and other classic games. They also have a really cool looking laser room challenge kind of thing where kids try to creep through without passing through the lasers. Definitely a good stop for the kids or the child-like (i.e. me). read more

First time coming to this Arcade since I've been to the Dells! I'm giving it a 4 star rating due to the customer service I experienced. The ladies in there were very helpful with great attitudes and, you can tell they're kid friendly. I like the space of the arcade since it's local however, I do feel like there could've been more adult and, kid games to play. Some of the games don't work properly and, wasting your money and time isn't the greatest feeling. I got the two admissions package deal off Groupon which included, 1 Laser Maze challenge; 1 Mini Golf that has 3D glasses available and 1 Laser tag for $14 which wasn't too bad. I do wish the laser tag game was a little longer than 10 minutes! You start having fun right in the midst of those minutes & then it's over. Including a second round would be ideal. However, for the price you pay this Arcade isn't that bad and the upkeep is pretty decent! Overall the customer service was good, the location is convenient & the games are okay too. read more

lol, 36 years old and yes, the boyfriend and I totally went here...now before we get judged it was covid, (summer of 2020) and not a whole lot was open...however, we had way too much fun here for being in our late 30's..We played lazer tag and and it was actually super fun-yes we were battling 7 year olds, but the course and lay out was actually pretty solid for an indoor place. The games upstairs were great too; skee-ball (any 80's kid remembers) and many ticketed games that make you feel like a kid again. It was hell-a cheap; so we had a few (or several cocktails) beforehand and created our own adult version of this place. Highly recommend to anyone, and when virtually nothing was open, we were forced to get creative and had alot more fun than either of us anticipcated! read more

10/10 exciting experience. Ziggy, our new best friend, was very patient with us and our complicated payment methods. We had so much fun in the very welcoming environment. Ziggy was a great help when it came to picking out our prizes. We could not decide weather we wanted pixie sticks or tiki cups, Ziggy let us know we could get both! i would like to give a big shout out to Ziggy for being a wonderful worker AND offering to hold my sunglasses for me while I played lazer tag. He looked very stylish in them btw. All in all, wild fun zone was the highlight of our trip and i could not be more content with the night we had. We paid for the $25 package that included laser tag, 2 laser games, miniature golf, a $10 game card, and EscapeRoom. Miniature golf and laser tag was fun, but the other 2 laser games were 10 seconds and we were not able to hear the instructions. When we went to do the EscapeRoom, we were told it was down. We were offered another game of laser tag in its place, but not until I said something. Some of the games were not working, but we didn't know this until after scanning our cards. The place was so busy, we didn't mention it. The only wAy to get a drink was from a pop machine that also was down. read more

A classic family fun center in a town where things are be increasingly over the top. We bought a Groupon, so check that out before you go. It gets you a game of laser tag, game of 3D mini golf, and 2 times in their laser maze. I'll start with the laser maze. It was kind of lame. Just a room where you have to attempt several games while laser beams shoot out from the walls. It's not that it wasn't fun, but each game lasted maybe 30 seconds and it was hard to figure out how to play. Laser tag was a blast. We really loved the 3D mini golf. It was only 9 holes, but it was just so much fun. The 3D glasses turn it into a whole different level of fun. The rest of the fun center was full of your standard arcade/fun center games. They were reasonably priced and they had a nice variety. Staff was also friendly and helpful. It was a great place to have quite a bit of fun with the family without breaking the bank and it was a plus that it is located on the main drag in Downtown Dells. read more

Nothing in this place works. If you do manage to find a game that will take your card then the bball game has flat basketballs, the skee ball is missing balls, the air hockey does'nt blow air, the reload button doesnt work on Terminator. How is this place alive? Oh, because after spending $20 for a game card you walk out with a spiderman pencil topper. read more

Games were great. But they closed an hour earlier than they listed even though people were in the arcade and they even turned more people away because it was "slow". It wouldn't have been slow if they hadn't been turning people away. read more
