We had to walk almost 10mins just to get to the door. Once inside, the lockers were easy to navigate and for $15 (small one) it wasn't overly bad. The wave pool wasn't too bad. The waves came crashing for 5mins probably and it was a lot of fun. The only thing that I didn't like was how hot the water became later in the afternoon. It just made it less enjoyable when it is 95 degrees outside. The lazy river seems shorter than I remembered. It was okay, but definitely not too deep because I found myself scraping up against the floor. They do have a lot of water slides, which is nice because there is a nice variety for everyone. They even have a little tadpole section for younger children that may not want to do waterslides but can still play with the water and a shorter slide. The food was outlandishly priced, but I guess that's too be expected (kind of). Paying $12 for a regular funnel cake, $8 for a pineapple soft serve, and almost $5 for a bottle water was kinda crazy. The tickets getting in are already expensive plus $15 for the locker and $25 for general parking that spending that much more on food is just a bit much. Lastly, you can tell the water park is a bit dated since they made limited updates since I've been here as a teen.

Nice that they have a good amount of snacks, food, drinks, and alcohol options inside as well as beach toys if you forgot them. Also like that they have separate shower bathrooms. The price for two chairs and umbrella was worth it for us to have a designated spot and order food. The kids chicken was delicious. The grilled chicken burrito bowl was worse than a homemade one. The little kids play area was disappointing. So many lifeguard or workers whatever they are looking the other way when clearly the kids all over it were double the age they should be. My kid wasn't able to enjoy half of it because he was terrified to go on the half that I couldn't access. (One side has a tunnel the adult can go under to access the inside and help their kid, but the other does not so the kid would need to climb up themselves after sliding or jumping into the middle) Because of this experience, I think the price should be reduced for kids 5 and under. We won't come back until he's old enough to go in the big kid section.

Located in the middle of BW Riverfront Hotel, an unusual spot for a "mini water park" but anything to keep my little miss wants to be a fish swimming and happy. It's free to guests of the hotel and $7 for non-guests. My oldest and I soaked up the sun in some lawn chairs(free of charge) while my little fish slid down the slide a dozen times, played volleyball with other kids, and waited for the giant bucket of water to dump on her over and over. They also have a pool table if you want something to do outside the water. They don't sell any but you can bring drinks in but no food allowed, don't let the umbrella covered tables fool you. They do have a small room just outside the gate with a few arcade games and a table to eat at. They also have a bathroom with towels, shower, a blow dryer and a mirror. I liked it because it's not crowded, easier to keep an eye on my little fish and they have a life guard on duty maintaining safety on the slide and adding an extra pair of eyes. All in all a nice little spot to go when it's hot. A great place to go when you're in Wisco!

We stayed in a single king room and were pleasantly surprised with how much space we had, it didn't feel cramped even with all the toddler gear. Both the hotel and the waterpark were consistently clean throughout our stay. For a high traffic family resort this was impressive and much appreciated. The wave pool and dedicated toddler area were a huge hit. Our little dude had a blast and it was great to have a safe, age appropriate space for him to explore. The lodge is due for some updates, specifically the waterpark equipment - the water jet skis in the toddler area were all broken and material was visibly chipping. While my toddler didn't notice the cosmetic wear, as a parent it is a little worrisome. I'd say visiting in the winter was the perfect way to beat the cold, though it did limit us to indoor sections. We're definitely curious to return when it's warmer to see how the outdoor area fairs. Overall a great choice for families with toddlers, but hopefully, management will invest in some much needed repairs to the play features soon!

The food in the waterpark is expensive and just ok. Lockers available if needed. If there's a lot of people in the waterpark , there's no tubes available for the small lazy river. I don't think we'd stay here again.

Come and check out a MoHo Gator swim meet on a Saturday morning or meet up with friends on a lazy summer afternoon. There are daily fees or season passes, each based on village residency.

When I approached the snack bar to order, the cashier had her head resting on the counter with her face partially covered by her hands, appearing as if she was asleep. I politely said, "Hi, can I order some snacks?" but was completely ignored. I stood there waiting, feeling awkward and unsure of what to do. Another employee behind her noticed me, crossed his arms, rolled his eyes, and still chose not to help or even acknowledge me. Neither of them made any effort to assist or even alert the cashier that a guest was trying to place an order. After waiting, I ended up leaving without ordering anything, and at that point, I no longer felt comfortable trusting the food or service there. I tried to address the situation by speaking with a supervisor, but unfortunately, that interaction was just as disappointing. He didn't apologize or attempt to resolve the issue. A simple gesture--like stepping in to take my order or acknowledging the poor service--would have made a difference, but that didn't happen. It's frustrating because the facility itself is nice and has great potential for families, but customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience. Based on this visit, I wouldn't return, especially knowing there are other water parks in the area with better service. I strongly recommend better staff training, especially in basic customer service and attentiveness.

Due to a mere 42" height requirement, our 5 yr old could go on EVERY slide and had an amazing time. As far as she could tell, it didn't get any better than this. In fact, this was the first amusement-type park where she didn't experience some rejection for being a shorty. All the while, it was clear that the lifeguards were really focused on keeping the kids safe. From a selfish teenage thru adult perspective, there are bigger and better parks available. Of course, I'll do anything short of cliff-diving and base-jumping and this place lacks the WOW factor of wrongful death lawsuit magnets like a giant wave pool full of sharks. My wife, on the other hand, was a little uneasy about 2 of these slides and happily kept to the tamer ones. End of the day, if you get a good value for your stay and it's not the last trip of your lifetime...Lost Rios at Chula Vista ain't half bad.
