Worst burger ever! I ordered the Dave Double Cheeseburger. According to the menu description and photo it's two smashed burger patties with two pieces of cheese. What I received was a thick, fatty nasty single patty that wasn't smashed. It was low quality meat. I've had frozen bubba burgers from the grocery store that tasted better than this. I typically don't like going to national chains during roadtrips, but my husband let me choose most places on this trip and he really wanted to come here so I didn't make a fuss. Our waitress was kind and attentive, the drinks we ordered were delicious, and our food was equally as good. The one big con is it is very loud inside, but honestly that is to be expected. I didn't love the level of sound, but I knew it was normal for a Dave & Busters so I chose to power thru. My husband and I also decided to play some games, which was a fun time as well. We hadn't been to a Dave's & Busters in like 7 years, so even though it is overall "overpriced" it was a special treat to go so we just went for it anyway. This is a nice place to bring the family. Games and food. Service was good. Their fries are yummy. Only one issue, we ordered the Game Day Grub ($30.99) app, which reads that it comes with celery sticks and there were none, when I asked the server he At first said it didn't come with that, but when I showed him on the menu , he said " oh I didn't know that and I just take out what they give me". I don't eat beef and that app is all beef & wings so the celery sticks caught my eye. He did offer to get some but I feel like they should know. Employees were very attentive at the bar, some of the machines were broken, which is pretty typical for most D&Bs I've been to. The bathrooms were clean. Waited over an hour for our food (not worth the price) and she forgot one of the items. Couldn't wave down the waitress to save our lives, even when she made eye contact with us. She also told us about personal, specific medical conditions she has? Kind of strange and yucky. Took another 30-45 minutes to get our bill, had to track her down to actually get it. When we did, we asked about the sweet potato fries we never received, and she said "I couldn't find them on the iPad so I never put it in". We got a play card with our Bucky book coupon $20 free with purchase of $20 then headed to the bar for a drink. Drinks took a little time to make but were extremely delicious!! Pleasantly surprised. We went to use our play card and it was not loaded correctly so had to go back to the bar and had them re-add the funds. Easy process as they were not that busy. I stopped by on a Sunday to watch NFL football because it advertised many TVs, which is true, they do have many. However, they didn't have all the games on, which seems ridiculous when you have so many TVs. I went to watch my team because they aren't usually on TV. It was the game of the week - everyone was talking about it all week. Yet, it wasn't on. This is absurd - if you advertise that you have all the games, then have all the games. It was a noon kickoff, so there's no reason you shouldn't have the schedule well ahead of time and know which TVs will have which games. THis is elementary - if you aren't going to hire someone to do this, let me know and I'll volunteer for a beer or two. You should have every game on prior to kickoff so when people come in, they know where to sit. Anyway, I requested the game as did a fan of the opposing team of my game and it wasn't until about 12:25 before it was finally put on, maybe a little later. There was hardly anyone in the place, but feel like it should be busier given the TVs. They have a wing special - 10 for $10, I think. They weren't good - wouldn't pay full price for them, but for a deal, it was ok. Play your cards right and advertise the NFL games and you'd be packed every week. read more

Thought from one long ago visit the menu was larger. Covid might've made that necessary. Ordered the bone in wings, dry with Korean bbq sauce for dipping, but the plate arrived already drowned in the bbq. When a neighboring table had Korean ribs delivered they were dressed with sesame seeds and green onions, I'd hoped this would at least have been my wings presentation since they opted to send them out already drowned. Wings were good at least. The celery was acceptable, but each of the carrot sticks were clearly prepped and soaked in water long enough that they made me think of bathtime as a child and my fingers became raisins! Gross, they were nearly paste, the requested replacements weren't any better. Because I'm starving and have to stay here to keep my daughter entertained at least an hour, I decided I'd try the IPA fish n chips out. Hoping this is up to my expectations. As an establishment this place is pretty on the ball, everything in my quick tour of what was going on was clean and orderly. Mens restroom spotless. Lots of visual stimuli. Very nice in a carnival sort of way. The fish order showed up exceedingly fast as did the wings. Salt and pepper when requested did as well, though I confess the fries were only warm on arrival, but still crisp. Fish was too hot to touch. Final thoughts. If I was drinking this would be entirely different. This is a place to get drunk and have fun greasy decent food. Fish was tasty, but being deep fried, it's greasy. Fries sucked. If the tarter sauce wasn't watered down to a very soupy consistency and actually tasted good, I might've enjoyed the fries, and certainly the fish. As an American, we're supposed to eat fries with ketchup, I can do that, but I have long preferred tarter sauce. I have some killer tarter (brand was something from or at least having Britain on the label. I can't recall, but plan to buy it moving forward!) I've wanted to Try D&B for quite some time. I was excited when the came to town and just never got the chance to go. This weekend presented itself with a chance to try them out. We were greeted promptly and seated quickly, and honestly that's where it seemed to go down hill for me. Apparently they only use contactless menus (QR codes direct you to online ordering). Which on on one hand I appreciate, in the situation we are in with COVID. HOWEVER, the system was.... Clumsy IMO, there was very little explanation given to us by the waitstaff. I was purchasing my meal, my drinks, my apps, all on my own. Paid for before I even got my drinks. And expected to apply a Tip to the total before even having ANY basic services from the waitstaff. I have NO issues TIPPING, but I have to know WHAT I'm tipping for. What a horrible system!!!!!!!! The food: My burger, was solid, the bacon jam was actually quite tasty. The roasted cauliflower.... Not so much, it was more like slightly toasted. The fried Pickles were quite tasty and crispy. On the the gaming........... -$3 for a card to use ONLY at your establishment???? Come on!!! If you want to put a deposit on it, fine, but charging me, for something I'll probably NEVER use again, NOT cool. -The whole time I was in the gaming area, not ONCE did I see any kind of wipe down of the machines. Where to begin, so it took perhaps 10 minutes to get in the door with a line of 4 groups ahead of us, not a big deal we may have arrived when a cluster of folks did and I understand that can happen. We bought 2 $100 gameplay cards and it was a Wednesday which is half price game day. Now with Covid protocols in place I fully anticipated some games to not be working to limit people from being too close to one another. However we (2 adults and 3 children) were shocked when perhaps nearly half of the games were in operational. Some totally shut off and others half functional. For example the entire row of kids basketball hoops game was inoperable, that had nothing to do with Covid. Many of the booth style shooter games only had one working gun/weapon out of the two of them. Others the mechanism that allows the gun to reload during play were inoperable. Again I understand things break and stuff happens. The breaking point however for this failed visit was the burnt charred burgers we received. 2 out of 3 of them (see pictures) were charred and after forcing my son to eat some of his I noticed mine was also the same. The third burger was more than pink in the middle (also see pictures). We spent enough in gameplay cards to ensure we will return to finish off those card, likely more than once. But I can honestly we would've had a better time with more games to play at Chuck E Cheese down the road. Oh and the Brunette long haired woman behind the bar (3/31 in the early evening) was beyond rude when we tried to get refills on our water. She didn't have the gold shirt but appeared to be beyond just a normal server or waitress too. The fact she's likely in a managerial position of some form sums up the total failure that is occurring at this location. The store manager however who helped us upon entry was nice gentleman. They really need better standards and practices in place in the kitchen though, the food was horrid. My 6 year old could quite literally make better burgers than we were served there. This place has such potential but in its current condition I'd give it a another year maybe before it's shut down. Side Note - The Nachos we had were amazing, but the Burgers and inoperable games (again not just closed ones because of Covid) left us not looking forward to returning. If you're going to charge the kind of prices they do for gameplay, at least employ folks to do regular maintenance and upkeep on the games. read more

I had the crispy chicken bacon sandwich, which tasted great. The food delivery could have been a little quicker. Refills was quick along with everything else. The fries did taste nice. Game area is a little lame compared to other Dave & Busters. I would say they are waiting to expand the area as soon as they can. There were limited popular games and several ones missing which I had played at other Dave & Busters. Waited 30 minutes for 4 burgers togo. Saw a togo bag on the counter, walked to the counter looked at the bar tender. We made eye contact and she walked away, thought the bag was for somebody else's since it is so close to a group of people at the counter. Waited 10mins more to finally ask the manager. I came here for a work happy hour/ team bonding event and we got a booth next to the bar. They had a happy hour special on cocktails and I was strangely craving a bloody mary on a Tuesday afternoon. The bloody was actually very good. I asked for spicy and they delivered and the bacon was thick and crispy. I was a fan. My 3rd time here at Dave and Busters, 4th time ever, 1st time with my wife. We decided that we wanted to have some fun as BIG kids without THE kids. We came here for a datenight, we had some delicious food. We kicked it off with some BBQ Traditional wings, so tasty, with a little more fat on them than we desired. My wife had Fire-Grilled Salmon, served with garlic green bean medley and jasmine rice. I had Smashed Bar Burgers & Smokehouse BBQ Ribs with fries. The food was perfectly seasoned & meaty. We then started playing games, from skeeball to basketball to connect 4 to DDR to bowling. We had a blast. It was the perfect end to our date, and boy did it tire us out. There were a lot of games that were out of order, when playing skeeball, you're given 9 balls, I only had 8, and when asking for support from D&B staff, someone was promised to come help, but help never came. At any rate, its a great place for datenights, family nights, alone nights, just a great place to watch the game or the fight and they have happy hour specials. I came here to let my kids burn off some energy and for me to watch the badger game. It's exactly what you think it is...a Showbiz pizza for adults. (Although kids are plentiful, too.) Loud, tons of flashing lights, TVs everywhere. Don't come here if you want a quiet conversation. The food was better than I expected with a new menu upgrade. Especially loved the avocado toast with Mexican street corn appetizer. Full bar. Huge menu. Wait staff greeted us right away. We were able to substitute a vegetarian friendly patty in all the burgers which was appreciated. There are a ton of games from skeeball to connect 4 to VR (be aware the VR was broken the day we visited). So I asked for a Cosmo with Tito's and got a Cointreau Grey Goose with a maraschino cherry in it :'oD Moving on... The games were pretty fun, there's definitely a lot of games geared towards the tween crowd and younger, but aren't we all just big kids? I liked the Connect 4 Basketball game and the air hockey, Ping Pong ball game where you have to light up all the 'drums' the best. After a night of playing, don't forget to go claim some prizes that you surely won. We had enough to be able to get a handful of candy and stuffed animals... after spending $50 in tokens. It's like a pity reward for not getting more tokens. Which are automatically loaded into your player's card so no more holding onto those sad casino buckets! We took 5 grandchildren here for lunch and to play games. Our server for our lunch was awesome. The food was good. Nothing exceptional but good. When we went to get credits for the game Room we weren't sure how much to get. The staff at the desk were semi helpful as far as pointing out the prices and answered our questions. We ended up purchasing 5 game Cards for $35 each and that was plenty for them to play on. So, two Hours later we were ready to call it a day and and the kids cashed in their credits. Not much to talk about there as most of Them were able to get a type of candy or small stuffed animal. I signed up online for credits on the way to Dave and Busters but you don't get the credits in your email until the next day. It would have been nice to see a couple of benches that the grandparents could use when their legs got tired. Also a water fountain or bottled water to purchase too as we all left with dry mouths. My husband and I did take a load off at the bar-the only seating we could find. We don't drink anything but water and the server was kind enough to bring me a glass of ice water. We apologized for taking up his table and my husband gave him a tip for the water and letting us sit there for 10/15 minutes. A few hundred dollars later the 5 grandchildren were well fed and happy. We have been here a few times to play games and it's always been fun, although it can be a bit pricey. The food we have had so far has all been great. The nachos are fully loaded, The mushroom stout burger is delicious, the hawaiian chicken sandwich is perfectly spicy, and the churros are the perfect way to end dinner. (we ate everything before taking pictures, but I will add some the next time we go!) This review does not include a review of food, as I have not eaten here. After reading other reviews, I was very skeptical of going here, but I was glad I went! I went twice. Once on a Saturday night and once on a Friday night. Both times were between 10pm-2am and both times were not very busy. Cocktails: Fairly expensive, depending on what you get. The menus do not list any prices for cocktails, which is frustrating because you don't want to be asking the prices every two minutes. They do have some unique cocktails, however. I would get maybe one drink here because they're interesting. Drink review: Watermelon Adult Snow Cone - Really delicious, but there was so much crushed ice that the actual drink was very small. Strawberry Watermelon Margarita w/ Berry Blocks: The ice cubes are strawberry-flavored, so when they melt it doesn't water down your drink. The berry blocks are so large that it also lessens the amount of drink you actually get. I would still recommend this drink, though. Backwoods Blueberry Lemonade: This was delicious! It had a little red solo cup shot of Firefly Strawberry Moonshine with it and there was a good ice:drink ratio. Would definitely order again! Overall, the drinks seemed heavy on flavor and light on actual alcohol content. Last call for all food, drinks, and game tokens is 20 minutes before close. Games: They have a wide variety of games (that's why we go, right?) and you will not be disappointed. Some of them you play just for fun and others you can earn tickets from to get things from the store. Everything is easily color-coordinated to tell you what kind of game it is (sorry if you're colorblind). There were a couple games that you had to pay for with credit cards or cash (photo booth and virtual reality), otherwise you pay with game tokens. On your first visit, you need to get a game card from the front desk. There's a minimum amount of tokens you have to load onto it ($5). The first time I went, I purchased $12 worth and that was enough for me to have fun for a few hours. If you download the app, you can keep track of your tickets and tokens easily on the app. You can also refill your tokens right from the app! It was super handy to have that tool. Also, if you become a rewards member you can sometimes get good deals (last time I went I got a "buy $20, get $20" for tokens). Birthdays: If it's your birthday, let them know! They will program a card for you and you can play any games of a certain color for free! None of these are ticket-earning games, but they're still fun. Wednesday's are 1/2 price games! Atmosphere/Staff: Many reviews mention the atmosphere and staff of this location. In both of experiences, the building seemed stocked with staff who weren't doing a whole lot. Table service was slow and bar service was rushed. Staff did not seem particularly friendly or welcoming. Also, they have hired security guards standing at the front entryway which just makes me feel uneasy. On the many TV screens surrounding the bar, trash music videos played. It was after 10pm at this point, so I guess they didn't have to be family friendly, but I would've like it if they were at least tasteful! Everything seemed clean and I did see employees wandering around picking up empty glasses near games and wiping down equipment. I would definitely keep going here to play games and maybe get one drink, but I would try to limit my interactions with staff as much as I could. read more

Our group of 4 had a one hour wait for dinner (Sunday, got there around 5pm) - which is completely fine because there's an arcade that can fill up the time. We were able to use the Facebook grand opening coupon, which allowed us 200 tickets for only $22 (good deal!). The game selections were also pretty fun, so it was a good way to kill time. We were notified twice that our table was ready - 12 min apart. We were very appreciative that they even waited that long before giving our table away, so there's that! Service was average. Our server, Mikaela (?), was polite, friendly, and seemed to know the menu well. I specifically ordered the bacon-wrapped shrimp with lobster sauce & fire-grilled sirloin (menu description: seasoned, fire-grilled 5 oz. sirloin steak and large grilled shrimp wrapped with applewood smoked bacon served with garlic mashed potatoes, garlic green beans and creamy lobster sauce). Instead of mashed potatoes, I requested extra garlic green beans. Easy peasy! We waited about 30 minutes before my husband and friends' food arrived (burgers and sliders). Sadly, my food took another 25 minutes to arrive - and the order wasn't quite correct. I was given a very dry piece of steak, on top of mashed potatoes, topped with crunchy spinach. What? I was too hungry to have it returned, so I ate the shrimp and steak, my husband ate the potatoes. It was completely disappointing. I didn't even get my soda refill - server took my glass to fill it, but never returned with my drink. The manager, Ace (?), provided me with 4 game playing cards and comped our entire meal. We also received multiple apologies about the unacceptable service. We appreciated that, and I'm not bitter about it - I get that they were busy, but that was a complete screw up by kitchen staff. My husband and friends thought their food was dry, indicating they might have been sitting there for a while before being sent to our table. Nonetheless, we're willing to give this place another chance mainly for the games and the prizes we need to redeem.
