Right after my food was delivered, they did not give me chopsticks or any condiments. I had to walk back into the store myself to get seasonings. It felt ridiculous -- am I supposed to eat with my hands? The pho tasted terrible. It was nothing like authentic Vietnamese pho. I could barely swallow it. I had to use a lot of hot sauce just to make it edible. The male staff member had very poor service. He rushed over eagerly to clear our table before I had finished my meal at all, it felt like trying to hurry us out. Worst of all, I started having stomach pain and diarrhea shortly after the meal. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The service is extremely poor and the food quality is unacceptable. We arrived and were told it would be about a 20 minute wait, which we were totally fine with. We understand Valentine's Day is a crazy busy night. 40 minutes later, we were seated. Multiple people walked past us and didn't greet us. People sat after us were greeted and their drink orders were taken. We waited 25 minutes at our table without anyone greeting us, without water or drinks. We thought maybe there was a misunderstanding on who was serving us so we politely informed the manager that we had been waiting 25 minutes. 10 minutes later, still no one came by and so unfortunately we decided to leave. Overall, really disappointed with the communication. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes total past our reservation time. It's not the servers fault, they were obviously overbooked and understaffed.
