I had Brazilian waxes done before, and this felt like my skin was being ripped off instead of the hair. I also asked her to leave a little patch of hair, which she removed! I'm paying my money, but you don't listen and do what I asked you to do? How does that work? So now I am completely bare, that's fine. I'll get over that part because it'll grow back. But on top of it, she left wax on my skin , and that is so very unacceptable! She didn't have enough sense to realize that my hair was long and that she should've cut it before waxing. Instead she kept dousing the area with baby powder (cancer alert), putting on more wax, tugging away at my skin, and making a mess! I paid $65 for that BS! Now I won't go there for ANY service!

She really understands how to cut and style your hair based on your face shape - it honestly feels like there's a science behind it. I've never seen him sitting in a chair getting any work done on himself. It's a space with so many children and women around. If he is indeed staying there, it simply is not right. My nerves are quite frayed over it, to tell you the truth. ​And once, I went into the washroom after he had been in there, and the state of it! It looked like he had a "bird bath" in it. It made me feel so uncomfortable. He truly puts me in a tizzy!
