I actually ended up walking out with zero treatment for my dog, not before declining about a thousand dollars worth of extremely unnecessary testing/services for him. Very, very long story short my dog has allergies. This was not diagnosed here at this place. This place not only wanted to do expensive blood tests and other random testing, they wanted to sedate and restrain my dog to look inside of his ears (wasn't even there for his ears being an issue) because the veterinarian claimed that there are for sure, Fox tails in my dogs ears. We don't live anywhere near where FoxTails would be, mind you. She was absolutely convinced of this being the culprit for my dog's issues. SHE WAS WRONG! We have an amazing Vet whom is a family friend, ended up trying to stay local that day, my mistake... our usual Vet said there was nothing in his ears after looking (without restraining or sedating our dog). This was just as a precaution from what the original "Vet" said, I wanted to make sure nothing was in his ears. Not like he was scratching or messing with his ears anyway. Once I was done declining all their extremely off-the-wall treatment methods, I was made to feel like a very bad person for denying my dogs care by their staff. They also wouldn't relinquish my dog to my care until I paid an unnecessary and expensive office visit fee. No, I do not expect things for free. Absolutely nothing was done there, though to warrant any kind of charge! They also kept my dog in the back, the entire time, away from me for an "exam" (usually everything is done in front of the pet parent, not here in this case). Only when I paid a wasted $100, my dog was then brought out to me in their waiting room. I left extremely upset after wasting almost 2 hours of my life, most of that time was arguing with them over everything I did not want them to do, for reasons I wasn't even there for. All in all this place needs to get it together and realize their practices are definitely far from the norm, definitely more on the shady side.

St Mark's changed all of that from the first phone call. The lady who answered listened to Winnie's story and was very understanding. Walking into St Marks Winnie was a little nervous, but once she got in the door and started meeting her caretakers she looked so happy and comfortable. She didn't even look behind her as she was walked away lol Throughout Winnie's stay the staff sent me photos and videos of Winnie. I loved being able to have that, seeing Winnie have fun helped me to enjoy my own trip. Although it looks like Winnie had the better vacation lol I did choose to add grooming before I picked her up. Best decision...best groom ever, she came back smelling good and so so soft! Thank you St. Mark's for truly showing love and care, I know my baby is in good hands.

This is hands-down his favorite place in the world to play with all of his fur friends. Every time he goes, he comes home happy, fulfilled, and perfectly tired from running and playing all day. Knight is always so excited to go, which says everything. They are quite literally the best dog camp. If you want a happy, well-exercised, and content dog, this is the place. Every dog deserves a day here.. Highly, highly recommend!
