I was too distracted by their large and appealing menu to get the gentleman's name (that I assume was the owner) but he welcomed us in and gave us recommendations. The kind man served us food with ketchup and picked out napkins for us. Had a solid convo with him talking about a food challenge they had when they first opened up 10+ years ago!
