I cannot say enough amazing things about Westrom Group Property Management. My property had been…read moresitting vacant with very little activity, and after switching to Westrom, they secured a qualified 2-year tenant in about ONE WEEK, at a HIGHER rent than I previously had. I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. I'm beyond impressed and extremely grateful. If you're looking for the best property management company in DFW, Westrom Group is it. Highly, highly recommend.

The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. You are the one who made the rules and said that the privacy fence is a privilege and your office says it too. In fact you have it in your hand book. You haven't solved any problems for me to write a good review. I told you I would not put a good review in until I see changes. No changes on your end at all. Don't come on here and lie. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here. I will end with that. Anything you say after this I will come back with facts. Let's leave it alone and just make it to next August. We are not breaking rules and taking care of the property with love and care. So I should have no problem getting my deposit back when we move! I already handed over my documents to a professional. I am just covering myself. God bless

Very unprofessional, misleading, and unfair…read more My husband was called to serve in the Israeli Army Reserves, which forced me to break my lease. From the very beginning, I clearly communicated my situation to the property manager, Brittany, by email. She instructed me to provide a letter from the Army, saying the company would review it and potentially relieve me from termination penalties. I submitted the letter, only to be told it was insufficient. Brittany then referred me to Melissa, who told me over the phone exactly what additional information was needed. I went through the expense and hassle of translating, notarizing, and revising the letter exactly as instructed. After waiting days, I was abruptly informed my documentation would not be accepted simply because my husband serves in the Israeli Army rather than the U.S. Army--a fact they knew from the very beginning. Instead of being upfront, they misled me into wasting time and money, making me believe compliance would resolve the matter. To make things worse, Melissa ignored my emails and calls entirely. I had to send multiple follow-ups just to get a partial response from Jamie, while Brittany also stopped replying. This is the type of customer service they provide--unprofessional, unresponsive, and dishonest. I was transparent from the start, but Primrose and Olympus Property were not. Their lack of accountability has caused me unnecessary frustration and hardship. I would never recommend doing business with them.

Where do I even begin. This is a good place to recommend for someone you hate. I've never had a…read moreworse experience than speaking to "Shaker" or "Basco" and frequently being interrupted. From what my wife said, someone else in one of the complexes we're in is thinking of calling the health department because they're taking so long to do repairs. The units they manage are okay but the service is the worst we've ever experienced. My kids are so glad we left and have people who actually "help us take care of our home". In all seriousness, I wouldn't recommend renting from this company, save yourself the trouble. If I could give it 0 stars I would

So, I answered an ad on a home that stated they accept section 8 as I'm disabled and low-income. I…read moredealt with a rental assistance agent in India that seemed helpful at first. After passing all tenent screening and background checks they referred me to some pet screening company to verify my "pet" that is actually an Emotional Support Animal. I could tell very quickly that the pet screening service was a farce.. they asked for information and proof that is all the way protected by HIPPA laws. I provided an authentic ESA letter and they (petscreening.com) denied that letter. After explaining the situation to one of Sulthars agents in India, the agent got pissed and hung up in my face and then took it upon himself to cancel my application. Next I spoke with Sulthar himself after gathering the information on his employees and company to make a complaint to HUD. Sulthar was pretty cool and expressed that he owns the company and that he has no issues with me having a dog but that he follows what petscreening.com tells him. I looked into petscreening.com and saw that as I already expected, they have a terrible reputation and have been accused of fraudulent practices plenty of times in the past by other rental applicants forced to use that service to complete a rental application. (I've included a link to a thread about petscreening.com below) Also during my conversation with Sulthar he began to mention things that made me as an applicant slightly uncomfortable. He started saying things about Lawton's Section 8 office and inspectors. I personally appreciate Section 8 and it's employees as that program has literally saved my life and given me a place to live that is comfortable and free of hazards and issues. Section 8 actually protects renters against most slumlords who buy cheap properties and then rent them out without investing in upgrades and fixes that make those home liveable. All in all, I'm very dissatisfied witf DFW Property Management and I feel that if they have issues with low-income renters on Section 8 or renters with ESA letters Sulthar should not advertise that his rentals accept Section 8 vouchers. He absolutely should not complain to a rental applicant about the processes and procedures of the Section 8 office, nor should he state that they try to get over on him. His company tried to get over on me and the Section 8 program helps me! He went out of his way to tell me that Section 8 always demands that he lowers his rent and he isn't lowering his rent.. what does that have to do with me? Anyhow, the entire process has been a complete waste of time and petscreening.com is a scam. They tried to make me pay a $400 pet deposit I'm not required to pay and $25 extra per month by denying an authentic and absolutely valid ESA letter. I think they must be used to dealing with certain types of people.. however, I'm not that type. I wasted time applying with DFW Property Management. There's much more I could complain about here, but for what reason? I'm not going to go back and forth with rental agents in India and fake petscreening webites or pay $400+ $25 per month just to rent from someone who purchased a house for $60,000 and wants to nickel and dime low income tenants. I can just notify HUD and the other agencies as to DFW's issues and find a real and respectable property management company to rent a home from. Seems to me that they are trying their best to take advantage of Federal Housing programs and low-income tenants, otherwise some of their properties just sit there. Best of luck with that Venki! :) https://www.reddit.com/r/service_dogs/comments/lgkjsy/anyone_used_petscreeningcom_before/

If a resident's apartment needs a repair, it is fixed in the cheapest way possible. If you're looking for energy efficiency, keep looking. The "security" gates are frequently broken and standing open. The walkways in the buildings are stained and need some serious power washing. The landscaping around the office and pool look great but the rest of the property has dead or dying shrubbery in places. The management started allowing "back yards" for pets on some apartments, which meant some residents could just let their dog poop there and leave it, instead of picking it up every time. On at least one of them, the grass was completely destroyed (not my idea of upscale appearance). And then there was the resident with a back yard complete with an outdoor large screen TV, swim up bar appearance (without the pool), and giant blue canopy over the whole thing. No thanks. This is the WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! I would also like to give ZERO stars. If I could do a negative…read more20 I would! I moved here to TX from another state and I have had nothing but problem after problem with these people. They don't want to fix a damn thing but they sure expect you to pay every cent on time. They will not respond to calls/texts, and also lie about the communication that they have had with me in the past. I got roped into a 15 month lease as well, because "they only renew leases in December" and it was that or nothing. I should have known better! The damn lease is like 30 pages long! Like who does that?! They want to charge for things that are out of my control and then send maintenance guys over that are total jerkfaces! I canNOT wait to get out of this expensive ass house!!! I pay TOO much money to not be taken care of!!!! When we moved in there it supposed to be "clean". Not sure what their definition of "clean" is but there was blood on the wall, dust EVERYWHERE, dirty floors, and many things that didn't work or were broken and need replaced. Some, most, still haven't been taken care of. OR they will come fix something a day or two before they do their walkthrough, which is crap. OH and do NOT forget that they use the CHEAPEST supplies possible! The paint comes right off the doors if you touch it at all, the blinds are crappy, the cabinets are CHEAP and fall apart, the plumbing is shit (no pun intended), and I could go on and on. They NEVER schedule anything with me. They just assume I will be there when they tell me to be. It doesn't work like that! I would not send my worst enemy to this place to rent/buy/lease/ or anything else! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Asked another member in the house what they would like to say...."You pretty much covered it. They complain about every little thing, communication is non existent, they are money hungry dillweeds that don't care about anything but that next dollar hitting their bank account!" Never Again!!!!!!
