I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

Our cedar is quite old, with mildew, and we were not sure how well it would respond, but it held up beautifully and the difference is dramatic. Even in the photos we took right after the wash, while everything is still wet, you can see how much life came back into the wood. Nick was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and the level of detail and care in the work really stood out. They took the time to do things properly and the house looks refreshed without any damage to the cedar. They also cleaned our skylights which was a great part of the package we chose. I shopped around quite a bit and could not beat the price and value. It honestly exceeded expectations given the quality of the work.
