He also did a series of handyman jobs that included fixing dry rot by our high-up (second floor) gutter, replacing a window frame that was also damaged by dry rot, and fixing up a series of other cracks and potential problems. He put anti-oxidant paint on a door that was rusting a bit, and also did a bunch of consulting to help us understand our true painting needs (the large majority of our house did not require paint, and Sergio explained exactly why). SULVARAN DRYWALL just completed an amazing restoration of our laundry room and half bath. They…read moreremoved "floor to ceiling" wood shingles and sheets of 1/4 inch plywood backing that had been nailed to the walls over 40 years ago. Then repaired hidden holes in the drywall, applied two skim coats of joint compound to fill dents and nail holes, taped and textured, applied 1 coat of primer, then two coats of the paint color we chose. They were also expert in clean-up when they were completed. The Sulvaran team did all of this in 5 days time, even worked on a Sunday to meet our remodel schedule.
