I feel I was bait and switched with the hair I bought. I tried a blonde one on and you couldn't see my brown hair at all so I ordered that in my color. The one I ended up with is t nearly as thick and I have a hard time covering my thin spots. I emailed Vee and she has not answered. I also believe I was overcharged in the extreme for a topper. Vee charged me $4,291.19 for a cranial prosthetic aka bespoke wig back in May 2024. We agreed that the finished product would be ready for pickup by mid-June. I asked for a photo on 17June to see progress. Radio silence. Rather than be forthcoming about factors impacting the ability to deliver product by previously agreed due date, Vee told me that my product was not ready because she was sick and the hair colorist was "slammed", the day of pick up. I clearly was NOT a priority for Vee. Instead, she waited until the day I was supposed to pick up the product to tell me that it was not ready. Nonetheless, I decided to give Vee the opportunity to make good on her promise to have my cranial prosthetic ready and we agreed on a new deadline. Vee then called me the day before the rescheduled pickup to inform me that the product was still not ready. Working with Vee can be best described as a revolving door of excuses. She then attempted to put the blame at my feet, claiming that my alleged late request for a custom color was the reason why the wig was not ready. Then when I sent her a screenshot refuting her claim, she again went silent. Crickets. The moment I requested a refund as I never received the product by the two dates promised, text message communications from Vee were filled with insults and baseless allegations. Vee finally agreed to issue a full refund. I was relieved when bank account reflected a pending refund, but that joy was short lived. A week later, the pending refund DISAPPEARED. How it's going: Six weeks after paying Vee Juarez $4,291.19 for a customized cranial prosthetic which ultimately never materialized, it was a nightmare to get my refund. read more

Because of the great quality they're reusable! Multiple styles to choose from! The packaging is also very cute and is easy to use for storing the lashes. I can´t say that I can recommend Vee. Don´t let her sweet talk trap you... Although at first, she presents herself as compassionate and understanding of the struggles cancer patients go through, it soon becomes clear by the way she runs her business that she is all about the hard sell. I had the first contact with her by phone, which she charged for. She had a good sales pitch and my husband and I made the 30-minute trip from SD to Escondido for a personal consultation. On the way there, I received texts asking to be paid, demanding payment before rending the service. When we arrived, she didn´t have anything prepared for me even though I had sent pictures of my hair in hopes that she would find something similar. I have curly brown hair, and she only had one wig that even remotely was a match. After several tries including blond, and grey wigs (?!) I settled on two. She promised to check for inventory and prices and offered to match the website price. However, her quote the next day was much higher than the prices she had first quoted us and of similar items on the websites I found. I was hoping to buy the wig directly and then pay her to customize it, but she refused to give us the information about the wigs I liked, claiming they were from her personal collection. In the end, I have nothing to show for the money and time I paid for the consultation. Either I buy the wigs from her with the huge markup or I get nothing. Very frustrating and disappointed of someone who claims to be in the business of serving and helping people. read more

I read all of the wonderful reviews about Vee prior to going to my appointment, and I couldn't agree with the positivity more. I'm not a happy camper having to deal with horrible hair so I wasn't in the the happiest of moods to begin with. When I went to enter the building for my appointment, Vee was at the building's entrance attempting to prop the door a bit so that I could get in. She was afraid that the entry was self locking, and she was just looking out for me as her client. She asked me if I was here for an appointment with her in such a delightful, welcoming, and cheery manner that made me knock the chip off of my shoulder that I allowed myself to approach this endeavor. She had an extensive selection of wigs, toppers, and hairpieces in a variety of human and synthetic fibers. She was not rushed, and she explained the features of everything in great detail.
