Every recent cut was uneven, leaving me to fix, trim, and adjust the layers myself at home. I even referred my sister to her, and she was equally unhappy with her haircut. Despite paying in full every single time and remaining a dedicated long-term client, any feedback or request for a proper, unhurried service was met with frustration and an unprofessional, cold attitude. When I tried to book my next appointment, the communication was dismissive and unresponsive. It is extremely disappointing to see a place you've supported for 7 years treat long-term loyalty with such a lack of respect and poor effort.
