You have to wear a cap to try on a wig on which is good for hygiene reasons. Also, you can't try on the wigs yourself because they are delicate and she wants to make sure they don't get damaged. Reasonable request. Lastly, she does not allow pictures in the store. I don't know why but it's her prerogative so respect her rules and in exchange she'll give you a good product at a decent price.

She is extremely (an understatement) knowledgeable, takes her time to ensure you get not just what you think you might need, but what is best for your health and comfort. If you haven't been to see Pam, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation! While I've found that I can get my PRODUCTS closer to home and less expensive as well as with fewer billing issues, I CANNOT get the same level of care that I have received from Pam specifically anywhere else! Because of her, you almost can't even tell I have lymphedema! I hesitate to share this because when the world finds out about her I'll probably struggle to get appointments...lol! I called several times during business hours, left a detailed voicemail, and never received a call back. When I arrived, there were at least four employees working, yet no customers in the store. I explained that I had a wig prescription, but they acted as if they'd never heard of such a thing. One employee made a minimal attempt to help but claimed they had no prescription for me. I tried to show her the order through the Sharp app, but she wasn't interested. Since I had already made the trip and brought my cousin for input, I asked if I could at least try on a few wigs. I was told no -- an appointment was required. I would have gladly scheduled one if anyone had answered the phone or returned my voicemail. The staff seemed unhappy to be there and were not welcoming or compassionate -- something I expected when dealing with such a personal and difficult situation. I will not be returning and have already contacted my oncologist to send my prescription elsewhere.

I have tried to like coming to this location, but every time I enter, it's always disappointing. The staff is completely unhelpful, and they never seem to have what I'm looking for. The few items I have gotten here have been of really poor quality. It's frustrating having to either head to SD or LA to find decent beauty shops.
