WHAT I GOT; -several white hydrangea 'filler flowers' with some of the requested flowers -I got a text from our Granddaughter asking if we had sent her flowers. There was a card signed by 'Mom' (which confused her mother and no one knew who the flowers were from). When I got the text of the BOUQUET photo, I asked about the flowers that were previously shown to me a day and a half prior. I was impatiently told they were too old and the bouquet was already on the truck for delivery! It was clear that it was a 'done' sale. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I understand what it's like to have a bad day, but this employee was very rude and wouldn't even let me finish my sentences. :( I've shopped for flowers here before for 2 different weddings and am very familiar with the process. I called to simply see if a vendor sold leis and he replied "it's not a day of thing" (not knowing my event isn't for another month), I know this and understand that, but he didn't give me a chance to place an order and was very unhelpful.
