Sophie was very kind and helpful! She was pretty busy the day I called with 3 appointments filling up the rest of her day, but I got at 10 a.m. appointment for the following day. I found a Jon Renau (which I read is a great brand) synthetic, medium-length dark brown/amber wig for roughly $400. The price seemed reasonable for what I was looking at on the internet. She also gave me a free hat since I'm a cancer patient. One of my friends happened to be picking up lumpia at a store nearby and stopped in who is about 2 weeks ahead of me going through chemotherapy as well and has lost all of her hair. She is considering a wig purchase later, but Sophie wasn't pushy at all and even gave her a free hat which was so sweet of her. Sophie showed me the type of low-heat styling tool I can use on the hair and what I could come in for any cleaning and hair trims. I came here to try out their eyelash extensions and was blown away by all that Sophie had to offer at her store! This store not only does eyelash extensions, but also sells wigs (both synthetic and real hair) and hair extensions. I told her that I liked tape-ins the best, and she showed me how she adjusts them to be smaller so that they are more comfortable and hair can be worn up! All of the hair, both synthetic and real, was very soft and looked really nice. She showed me how to use the clip ins and let me try on the purple after asking my favorite color - so sweet and personalized.
