Yes, we should've caught it sooner, but it should've been canceled correctly in the first place. We emailed asking for cancellation and a refund, only to be told we needed to call. When we called, the "lines were busy," and we had to wait for a callback. After finally speaking with someone, we were told they won't refund the charges because the card on file was no longer active, something completely unrelated to the fact that the cancellation was never processed

There was no sign about the possible damage when i entered but apparently it was on the other side of the building. I recommend going to a touchless car wash instead. Or go to quick quack if your car is newer.
