Take off that leash and let 'em run! This is a great, and big, park for your dogs. They have three, or four, separate enclosures for the dogs to run. They're also categorized by the size of your dog or they have the big open section for any dogs. There are some obstacle type fixtures for the dogs to climb on and a few trees here and there for them to sniff around. There aren't many seating areas, but there are some and there are some covered seating areas as well for dog humans to sit and watch their furry friends running around and making new friends. It's a bit of a winding road to get there, but follow the signs and you'll find it. It's nice and quiet and your dogs are surely to have a good time. A few notes: - Occasionally they block out sections to allow the grass to grow. This is great and ensures there's always some nice green grassy areas to let your pups run. They take very good care of the grounds as well. - They have double entrances so you can reduce the chances of a breakout. - Keep your dog on a leash until you get into an actual enclosure. It doesn't matter if your perfect dog would never run. Others may. Also, don't be so sure that your perfectly trained pooch won't make a dash for a new excited friend they've never met. That overstimulation can be unpredictable when around a group of other dogs. - They have some drinking fountains for dogs as well. Bring your own bowl if you want to reduce any disease transmissions. - There are poop-bags available and garbage cans for your full bags. Your dog will poop. It's that simply. Bring your own bags if you have them. If you don't, there should be some there. - Clean up after your dog! I shouldn't have to explain this but you need to remember, dogs are running around here and so are their humans. Sure, you may miss one here or there, but for the sake of everyone else, try to clean up after your dog. If you're too good to do that, stay home. It prevents a mess as well as diseases. - If your dog doesn't play well with others, stay home or leave. We literally were coming in once and some people who were already there had a bit of a rambunctious dog. The dogs owner said, "you might want to be careful...he doesn't do well with other dogs". I looked at that as someone who is fatally lactose intolerant walking into an ice cream shop. Don't be ridiculous. This is a public dog park. If Cujo doesn't play well with others, YOU find somewhere else to go. Wiggly Field is free. Let's keep it that way. Take care of this gem and it will take care of your four legged little buddies. Would I go back? Yes. We go here as often as possible. Our little one loves it. She doesn't get to be around too many dogs so this is always a good time. read more

This dog park is pretty big. It is completely fenced in, which is a requirement for a proper dog park. There are two separate fenced areas - one for larger dogs and one for smaller dogs. The park has benches and some shelters for shade. Some agility equipment for the dogs to play on and climb over is here and it's in good shape. They also have plastic "mutt mitt" dispensers and owners are expected to pick up after their dog. The signs show the rules which include a requirement for current vaccinations and a collar. The owners must remain with the dogs and carry a leash though of course the dogs are off leash. Wiggly Field is very muddy after rain or snow. It is not in good repair as there is little grass and lots of holes. There are separate pens for small or older dogs and a very large one for dogs to run, and catch balls/frisbees. For the taxes, we pay in Butler county, this park should be repaired. People ( a lot) do not pick up their dog poop which is disgusting. read more

Wiggy field is just an alright dog park. There's often dog poop on the ground from irresponsible owners and it can get very muddy at times with its two water features. Late time we went part of the fence separating the small dog and large dog area was knocked down. They just installed a water tank (Summer 2017) for the dogs to drink from. They don't cut the grass very often either. This place is decent at best. If they did a better job with upkeep it, I'd give it 3-3.5 stars. read more

Took the dog here a couple time to play ball in the sun. It's a bit hidden behind the soccer fields and could totally be missed when your at the Voice of America park for the walking path. Two separate sides, with some adult human wooden gates. There is a water fountain available with a low bowl for the doggies. The grass has been maintained the times I've visited and it was completely drive as well. The bug dog area does have a few obstacles that cam climbed. read more

The location of this park is great for me as I live in West Chester, but I would definitely drive a little farther for a park that's not so muddy. VOI park in general is huge and well kept, but the big dog side of the dog run area is a mess and really muddy. My dog had a great time though! read more

Ok, not great. Muddy by nature as they have 2 water features running through the park. It can be very crowded depending on when you go. And it is hard to find in the Voice Of America complex. The main sticking point is how muddy it is though. I only take my pup here when he's due for a bath anyway. Edit: After more experience with other dog parks I can also add the lack of seating for humans is a stand out negative. So is the lack of any shade. And so is the lack of available water, no hose or similar at the park. Honestly, it's one of the lowest quality dog parks I've been too unfortunately. But if you bring your own water, have a short haired dog that's easy to clean, and miss the busy times, it's still serviceable and better than nothing. read more

There's two pens, a smaller on and a huge one. There's no designation for dog size per pen, so it's whatever you're feeling. There's usually a good mix of dogs that like to run and play. Majority of dog owners do not bring kids, but there are sometimes kids. Having two pens is nice, just in case your dog isn't a fan of children, there's an option to stay out and play away from the kiddos. There's individual entries to the pens which can get quite muddy. However there's also a main pen entry that's concrete (connects to all pens, so that mud can be avoided. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the mud- if it's rained in the past few days you'll have to give your dog a full bath after visiting. Not sure how they could fix or manage this because it's nature, but the rain makes it a big old mud bath. The largest pen which would be a 3rd, with the bridge and "creek" is currently under construction from what I've heard is to address drainage issues (fence there is gone). read more

I love the name of this dog park! Been meeting a friend and her dog there in the mornings this week and it sounds like a wonderful idea. However, it is extremely muddy there! It's so bad that my yellow lab ends up looking like a chocolate lab by the time we leave. I was told that there are two fenced in areas for the larger dogs so that one area can recover at a time, yet it seems the only area that looks acceptable is the one for small dogs!! My dog would probably give it 4 or 5 stars because she loves playing with other dogs, but I am the one who has to clean both her and the car out afterwards. Took our pooch here for the first time the other day, and she had a blast! This is only the second dog park we've been to, but I like it a lot. Here are some thoughts (in no particular order): - Less square footage than Simmonds Family Dog Park at Miami Whitewater. This is actually a pro for me, because we're working on socializing our pup so the smaller pen means she's more likely to play with other dogs. - I assume that's a water feature that runs through the pen, under the bridge. It was solid ice when we went, but I can imagine it trickling in the summer! I bet it looks really nice, but could be a con if your pup is clumsy, or if you're trying to chase her around. - The parking lot is gravel. I can see why that would be beneficial in the summer, to protect sensitive paws from scorching asphalt, but my dog tracked dust all over the car, which was definitely a con. Overall, I definitely like this place. We didn't get to stay very long last time because it was so cold out, but we'll definitely be back soon! read more

The park is large and has two separate sides. For the most part, it was clean, especially for a dog park. Yes, there was mud, but when we were there the mud was mostly frozen. Wiggly Field is a great dog run - there's a large area for dogs of all sizes as well as one just for smaller dogs, it's always really well kept and there's several things in the field itself to keep the dog's busy (other than dogs, I mean.) There have been a few times when my dog has been attacked by other dogs here, but normally most people who come here have sociable dogs/trained dogs. My only complaint is that it really does get ridiculously muddy as others have noted. FWIW I saw someone else said they paid to let their dogs in - the only fee is to get into the VOA park itself. A yearly pass is $10, otherwise it's $5 per visit. read more

There's really nothing bad to say about this park. I take my two pitbulls here plenty, never had any problems other than people not picking up their dog's poop. People complain about the mud problem, well that's what happens when it rains. Mud forms. Some people complain about other dogs, well it's a dog park. You can't be mad if another dog doesn't like your dog, they're dogs. Another reviewer said that an "irresponsible pitbull mix owner let their dog bite my dog". Again, they're dogs. I'm sure the owner didn't do anything, dogs sometimes don't like other dogs. It's not rocket science. No need to bring breeds into it or write a negative review about it. It's a dog park. I've never had any problems with this place. I've had dogs try and attack my pitbull, but I'm not writing negative reviews because of that. Good dog park though. I used to take my golden retriever, Abbey, to Wiggly Field. She was a very friendly and outgoing dog (a necessary canine characteristic for a dog park) and loved playing with the other dogs and puppies. I was able to take my new puppy, four pound Izzie, to Wiggly Field just yesterday. The rules at Wiggly are that dogs have to be at least 4 months old and Izzie just turned 5 months so it was time. She was a little shy at first and cowered by me but quickly adjusted to the other dogs and began to play...there is a separate fenced area for small dogs so I wasn't worried about her getting crushed by any Great Danes or Retrievers! Wiggly Field is open from 8am-dusk daily and is very popular on the weekends, though during the week the park isn't particularly crowded. Besides the 4 month rule, owners are only allowed to bring two dogs (max) and have to be at least 16 years old. read more

Took my 6 month old husky and he had a blast! Did not see the dog poop everywhere or the area being poorly maintained as in other post previous to this. I would suggest wearing old shoes as the main entryway is gravel and once you get into the park the first few yards have no grass so it is a little muddy especially after rain. Also if you do not want your pooch to get wet this is not a good place as there are two different areas with small ponds. Also it is a bit challenging to get to, you have to drive through a main entrance and all the way to the back of the park. Owners were great dogs are well trained. read more

Just moved to this area. Took my Goldens to Wiggly Park this morning. Seemed great at first. Good company, mostly well-balanced dogs. Encountered the problem about 5 minutes after entering: GIANT MUD PIT. A dog park cannot be a good dog park if it contains a mud pit. Sure, if it rains a ton, some mud will be unavoidable. But it has not rained a ton. Rainfall has been average for the season and not recent. For this to be a good dog park, the mud pit needs to be eliminated. Simple as that. It really needs an update on the fences, and the other comments about mud are true, but there are no picnic benches for dog owners to hide in, people monitor their dogs and pick up after them and they do not allow non-neutered dogs, which is a plus ,believe me, having a spayed female! read more
