That all changed due to an extremely disappointing experience last time that the owner just brushed off. Anyways, on to Pampered Pets. I called to check availability and ask some questions about their kennel and also asked if I could tour the facility. Julie was extremely friendly and accommodating in having me come by and see their place. The kennel area is very clean, no kennel smell, and there were lots of pet toys and blankets. She made a point of letting me know that they live on site, so they can usually meet for pick up/drop off outside normal hours if needed, which was part of the problem I had across the road. I picked the dogs up after the trip and Julie went over how everything went with their stay and the dogs were very happy and healthy looking. I will definitely be going back for years to come. Thanks Julie!! Her rates are better than across the road too!

Then she sent me a text to come pick them up. She didn't do like all of the previous groomers I have tried in Helena and keep them most of the day even though i made an appointment. It is stressful enough for pets anyway. Her prices are exactly what I paid at the other shops so no surprises there. I am very happy with Emily and I hope she continues to be a pet groomer because I will continue to take my dogs to her.

They kept our cat overnight to get samples and such, gave him meds and some special food to help prevent future issues. I went to pick up our kitty expecting a huge bill but they were very reasonable! I never saw the Dr, but my husband said he was very nice and really knew his stuff - my husband had total confidence in him. I talked to at least 4 different staff over the phone and in-person when I picked up our cat, and they were all SO incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I was a bit surprised as another reviewer mentioned that our cat's exam seemed pretty short and they didn't want his history or records from past clinics - but again, my husband went to the exam rather than me and he isn't really what people would call talkative. I rated the 5 stars based on my interaction.

Aw man, this place used to be so good before the rebrand. I was over the moon to have found a…read morequality vet in town, and we loved them! However, things have degraded in a huge way since the rebrand. We have somehow gotten slotted to see Dr Molly instead of Dr Maggie (who is so cool, but doesn't perform surgery). Dr Molly has such awful bedside manner, has signed us up for multiple rounds of tests instead of consolidating them into one visit, botched a blood draw and made us come back the next day, and it took no less than three calls to Spring Meadow to ensure our referral was sent to Bozeman. Each time we were told it went through and to NOT call Bozeman. Each time, they had neglected to do it. I called Bozeman, against their advice. They confirmed that no referral had been sent after WEEKS of requesting it. Called again and they finally, finally sent it--but no apology to us. I'm over it. There are better vets in town. It doesn't help that after many, many appointments for testing recently, I just received an email from them that it's time for our annual preventive visit. Get it together.
