Each time he looked so happy. This is like a daycare for your Animal. He seem to love it there and thrive. We are so happy that we have discovered this pet resort. I called and asked if I should bring him in or wait till my next appointment. The receptionist said she'll speak to the doctor and if she thinks I need to bring him in, then she will give me a call back. But still come to my next appointment. They never called back but the rash was starting to get worse. I came in for my appointment and explained this and the vet tech said she would ask the doctor to look at it. I hear through the door something along the lines of, it costs more to break it up into multiple visits. It felt like I was either being taken advantage of or judged for expecting them to look at his rash. They refused to treat the rash and said they could see him tomorrow. Sounds reasonable, but I take off work for this and I can't just call out to take him in unfortunately. She said there was no record or note of me calling. I ended up getting into a different vet the same day that treated this with urgency and could see how painfully uncomfortable my puppy was. He treated the issue and was concerned they neglected to do his rabies shot today like they should have. He was able to give me some direction and advice to help my dog. I'm just pretty disappointed my time or money or dog wasn't considered here. Even if the receptionist dropped the ball, they failed to mark his chart and update the doctor on a serious symptom he was expressing. I would say to just proceed with caution.

My very large dog takes a lot of brushing out, but Sylvia always takes the necessary time. My dog struts out of her shop looking like a queen. Don't get the wrong first impression from the shop. You will probably see some tufts of dog hair on the floor. The shop is located in an older building near downtown. Sylvia's filing system is not automated, but she knows her customers and treats them well. She's the only groomer in town that I can recommend.
