They offer bone-in and boneless wings. I prefer, bone-in. To me, boneless wings is just another name for nuggets. You also get your choice of sauces, or doing a dry-rub for your wings. I'm a fan of the dry-rubs, so chose Buffalo-Lemon Pepper. It was a combination of my two favorite flavors, so it seemed like a logical choice. The blend of the buffalo with lemon pepper, gave the wings an extra tangy taste. I also like how extra crunchy the wings were. Crisp on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside. When I eat wings out at a restaurant, I am a stickler for the number of drums and flats match. My order here at B&B was 3 & 3, so I was happy. In addition to my wings, I had a side of fries. Damn, they were good. They were crinkle, my favorite fry and they were good sized. The bartender offered a beer cheese sauce for dipping and I took advantage of his offer and tried it. The beer cheese was way better than using the typical ketchup. Being a Tap House, there were plenty of craft beers and commercial beers on draft. If you are torn on what to choose, they offer samplings. The bartender said, if I told him what I liked, he could make recommendations to match my taste. He guided me to, Floyd's Deluxe and it was a good match for my wings and fries. The ambiance is industrial minimalist, which is a relaxing sports bar vibe. I was pleased with my first visit, so I will be back and the next time I'll try a burger. Good food and excellent service, will always get me to return.

It's made with Angus beef topped with Pepper Jack cheese, Grilled Balsamic Onions, Mild Banana Pepper Rings with a Sweet and Spicy Sauce, all served on a Onion Roll. It was served with a side of Fries. I was impressed by the size of the burger and that it was hand pressed. A hand pressed burger always tastes better to me. I requested that it be prepared medium rare and it was done perfectly. The fries were soft, I'd prefer mine a little crispier, but they were seasoned well. I got a giggle from their ketchup bottle, it said it was "Fancy". They have an impressive variety of beers. They offer draft, bottle and canned. I personally always go with one of the many craft beers they have on the menu. When dining alone, I always sit at the bar. The bartenders are typically female and are friendly. I am fan of hooks under a bar and Pump House takes it even a step further. They also offer, outlets. If your phone needs a charge and you've got a cord, you are set to go. Offering outlets under a bar, is top notch customer service. Now that I know they have great burgers as well as their wings, I'll have to rotate between the two when coming to dine.

When the bartender greeted me, he was the same one as my last visit. To start out, I ordered a Civil Life craft beer. When he brought me my brew, I told him how I enjoyed the Jalapeño Burger and wanted to try something different. He didn't miss a beat, he immediately recommended, the Pork Tenderloin Sandwich. He told me it was his personal favorite. The tenderloin was huge and crispy. As like most pork tenderloin sammies in the area, it was bigger then the bun. It came with pickles and onion for a garnish and that made the sandwich complete. As my side, I went with Curly Fries. They were a nice change from the typical fries, but I'm a traditional French Fries type of guy. So next time, I'll go back to the regular. I've only dealt with the bartender and I will say, the service is always good. If you don't sit at the bar, there are plenty of table and hightop's to gather around.
