Save yourself the hassle and take it to real mechanic. Their labor hourly rate is more than a real mechanic with a real shop. They don't know vehicles either. I had to tell them how to diagnose the vehicle, and I'm not a mechanic! They have a car lift and a welder, otherwise I would've done the repairs myself. They are charging twice as much for parts. I could've ordered the parts from the auto parts store for half the price!!!! And that's at full retail!!! I fully intend to file a complaint with the AG concerning the unauthorized repairs.

Long story short, my back left tire blew out on Interstate 76 near Sterling last Friday. After getting assistance to put the spare on, I realized I didn't feel safe driving the rest of the way to my destination, so I called Les Schwab in Sterling. I spoke with Riley and he assured me they could assist in getting me back on the road so I drove to his store and was greeted at my car by Riley and another employee. Out of the gate, the level of service was very impressive. The kicker of this story is I was on my way to watch my son play in his college football game in NE and couldn't wait to have the car fixed up and make it to northwest NE in time (I hopped in the car with my parents who were driving to the game as well). I asked if I could pick the car up on Sunday on my way back into CO. Riley let me know that the store was closed on Sunday's, but he would work something out with me. Fast forward to Sunday and Riley asked me to give him a call on his cell when I was getting into Sterling. I did and found out he was driving from his home to meet me to give me my keys!! Say what?! That level of customer service just doesn't happen anymore. When I arrived at the store, Riley was pulling my car out of the bay for me to get back on the road home. I wanted to share this story with the corporate office in hopes Riley is recognized for his amazing customer service and clearly is running a top-notch team at the Sterling store. Hopefully they've come under new management or that guy no longer works there. There is no such law. He flat out lied to me and conned me. I was a teacher who made less than $30k a year. I called and TY the owner answered with a manor that seemed he didn't know any of this was going on. After talking with him a bit we agreed to meet in the middle of the highest and lowest quote we received. When my wife showed up to get her truck she was treated as if she didn't even matter. There was no remorse for the lack of professionalism.
