I was helped very quickly, they open their shop an hour early just to help me get back on the road. Truly I appreciate it so much because I am going back to California and have a long drive ahead of me. This is an excellent tire shop and I highly recommend coming here if you need help with your tires. I was scared to death of how this process would go and whether or not it would be difficult but new life auto made this very easy and quick and I am so thankful to be back on the road!!!! Seriously come here if you need tire repairs they are fantastic. Great value and kind service.

The repair was supposed to be a few day and took three weeks. My wife revived a text message saying the truck was ready with a price tag around 400$ more than the last quote we got which was no surprise being the quote changed multiple times. I called and TY the owner answered with a manor that seemed he didn't know any of this was going on. After talking with him a bit we agreed to meet in the middle of the highest and lowest quote we received. When my wife showed up to get her truck she was treated as if she didn't even matter. There was no remorse for the lack of professionalism.

They were closed the 25,26,27 and the 28 I called on Mon the 29 to inquiry if my truck had arrived. I was told, the truck was ready to be picked up and that I had been contacted. I checked my phone; I was never contacted. She stated she did call, I asked what number she used she repeated my number. So my phone is a Lier or she is, front desk help is worthless. Then I was charged 300.00 labor for a job that would take fifteen minutes to perform, (replacing ignition coil). I have replaced many of them, one 7mm bolt to remove them. I was then charged $74.70 for a single ignition coil, when you can purchase a pack of eight form Ford Motor company for $82.00 dollars. I was then charged $15.00 dollars to replace a spark plug, that I paid $7.00 dollars for, also from Ford, that I had replaced two weeks earlier. If that spark was replaced whom ever did it should have noticed it was new. Then I was charged $7.49 for hazardous materials. Not even sure what that is and still never received an estimate or gave permission to do repairs. To sum it up I paid over $400.00 dollars for a job that took less then 15 minutes to complete.

I took my daughters car in for a recall, leading up to the repair Korf did, the car was working perfectly, minus an unnoticeable recall issue with the shifter. Once we got the car back, the car refused to shift from park. They claimed the issue they repaired in the shifter had NOTHING to do with the repair they did, and tried to charge my daughter over $200 to fix the issue. Low and behold, I find the part for $15... The service manager said that the issue with the shifter currently was a "fluke coincidence" going out when they did their repair... and stated "I stand behind my mechanics, they're not crooked, nor would they half-ass a job". Weird coincidence...

I could've ordered the parts from the auto parts store for half the price!!!! And that's at full retail!!! I fully intend to file a complaint with the AG concerning the unauthorized repairs.
