Save yourself the hassle and take it to real mechanic. Their labor hourly rate is more than a real mechanic with a real shop. They don't know vehicles either. I had to tell them how to diagnose the vehicle, and I'm not a mechanic! They have a car lift and a welder, otherwise I would've done the repairs myself. They are charging twice as much for parts. I could've ordered the parts from the auto parts store for half the price!!!! And that's at full retail!!! I fully intend to file a complaint with the AG concerning the unauthorized repairs.

Hopefully they've come under new management or that guy no longer works there. There is no such law. He flat out lied to me and conned me. I was a teacher who made less than $30k a year. I couldn't afford four tires. I couldn't really even afford one.
