I did not physically go to this office, but I needed additional assistance after working with another store. I was told I needed to speak with Sarah, the General Manager, who is located at the WC office, which is why my review is here. I spoke with Sarah last week and I will not bore you with how I got to her, but I can say that Jean from the Oxford office was very pleasant to work with during my issues. However, when I followed up with a phone call to Sarah, her demeaner as a General Manager was very unprofessional. Due to her argumentative spirit and poor customer service, I chose to politely end the call. I can tell by reading the responses to ALL their negative reviews that taking accountability for any of their rude behavior is non-existent. Instead of taking some of the constructive feedback and looking for opportunities to better service their customers, they have an answer for everything and choose to list what every customer did wrong. Sarah's pattern (assuming from the past reviews) of unprofessional behavior and how she interacts with customer's appears to be the acceptable workplace culture here so I'm not expecting much from this other than communicating my experience. read more

I went in Wiggins to change plates from Delaware to Pennsylvania. The lady asked if I wanted 1 or 2 years. I asked, what's the difference in price, and she replied 44 dollars. So I said it's 44 dollars for 1 year, and 88 dollars for 2 years, and she replied yes. To my surprise the bill was 241 dollars. The tags cost 34 dollars, so if you do the math it doesn't really add up. Someone is raking the dough in, maybe it's the DMV, maybe it's Wiggins, just to charge for messaging fees, or whatever miscellaneous fees they charge seems ridiculous. read more

The employers at Wiggens are kind and extremely helpful. I used them when I lived in from 1978 to present. I live in Philadelphia but not one other tag agency gets the job done. The Wiggens notary agent was arrogant when helping me. She made an error when she wrote down the tag number that I had transferred which caused me to be unable to register and get my truck inspected for over 3 months. They also charged an additional 3% on my purchase price above $150 for using a credit card. It did not state there would be additional charges on their web site which I reviewed when looking for a tage service in Oxford, nor any notice in the business itself, so I was unprepared to come with cash (over $1000) to pay the taxes on my newly purchased vehicle & only told about the extra charges as the paperwork was being filled out. I use this place fairly frequently. Fast, efficient, and usually not much of a wait. $5 per page for notary- can also get signatures as a witness, auto tags, boat tags, title transfers, fax/copy things, etc. Their website has a longer list of their services and also they are very helpful if you call. Everyone who works there is always friendly but also gets down to business, so I'm always in-and-out quickly. The parking lot can be a little tight but I always manage to find parking. Came here to transfer title and renew auto registration. They say they accept credit cards but charge an additional 3% on top? As if their fees and regular taxes arent enough already. Keep that in mind if you plan on using this merchant. read more

When I received the registration back from PA discovered that the Lady on the left register Registered the wrong information costing an extra $60 in fees that were not needed and PA has no refunds. Shame on me for not reviewing paperwork before signing. Bigger shame on paying an expert a service fee and getting incompetent person. This business is something that needs to not exist. Online forms will make this and the idiots that work there out of business. Go online, get the forms and go to a notify such as UPS store, hardware store and send the paperwork in yourself. read more

Their notary wouldn't complete my I-9 form required by my employer. And even started treating me rudely the second I mentioned "I-9 form". When I brought proof from the American Society of Notaries and National Society of Notaries they refused to even consider it and kicked me out. It is pathetic when a regular citizen has to explain to a notary how to do their job. It makes me question the validity of their credentials. Take the time and go to the Exton Auto Tags right down the street. They completed my I-9 with no questions asked for a very small fee. read more

I have never been so mistreated over the phone in my life. I will never set foot in a Wiggins Auto Tags. I first called the place to ask a few questions about how I was going to buy a car from a private seller. The call was very straightforward until the woman started the harass me over the my California state-issued license plate. She said there was no way that she could help me. Stating that all competitors will say the same because I'm not from here. I moved to Pennsylvania and need a car to commute to work and this audacious woman would not help me. She hung up and on me in the middle of the conversation and consistently interrupted me before that. All I wanted was some help and a few answers. I will continue to look elsewhere and I suggest that you do the same. read more
