I submitted an inquiry to the office and heard back within 24 hours. She was so exceptionally kind and attentive to my needs, helping me find the best rates while keeping a friendly conversation going the whole time. You can tell she enjoys helping her clients. I was referred by a friend and will continue the tradition and ensure to refer my friends to this office for their insurance needs! I moved to Pennsylvania from another state and needed to either 1) transfer my current State Farm policy to PA or 2) get a new policy with another insurer. I called Henry Nace's office and spoke to Sandra who gave me a quote for transferring my current policy to PA. It seemed a little high so I said I was going to get some more quotes from other agencies and would let her know. They next day she called me back with "great news"--she got the details of my drive, safe, and save record (State farm's phone app that tracts driving) and she could transfer my discount to the PA policy, saving me a good amount of money every month (~$40). Given this information I decided not to shop around and just transfer my state farm policy. Sandra told me I could keep using the transponder (bluetooth thing that connects to drive safe and save app) I had from a previous state even though a new one was coming in the mail. The message I got was just do as you've been doing since this is a policy location transfer and I was good to go...WRONG. Turns out the drive safe and save discount/record cannot be transferred from between states due to PA insurance laws. No one from Henry Nace's office reached out to tell me this, they just charged me more with no explanation. Also apparently I needed to use the new transponder and deleted and redownload the app. No one told me this, they sent me a few texts that were marked as spam by my phone, but I thought I have the app what are they talking about. I ended up losing the entire discount (~$50/month) because I didn't set up the app in time. I reached out to Henry Nace's office many times and they continually refuse to take any accountability for giving me incorrect information. I have explicitly asked for an apology and have not received one, they continually to blame me and deny any wrongdoing. I have filed a complaint with state farm corporate and have switched to another agent in the area. Prior to this I have only had great experiences with state farm so I recommend using another office.

Dave's office is quick to…read morerespond and I'm not sure if it is just because we have never had any accidents (other than pot hole/deer related issues) but we've always gotten the best rate from them compared to other companies. I do check competitors annually. And with the pot hole damage and fender bang to miss a deer, the response was super quick and I hadn't even realized that a rental car was included when the car was in for service--the fender damage required a few days stay. Two were handled appropriately, but one was an absolute mess. The adjuster was consistently unprepared, late, unresponsive, and unable to answer basic questions. At one point, I was quoted hundreds of dollars for a repair I knew cost less than $20 at a hardware store, justified only by "that's what the system, Xactimate, says." That experience alone raised serious concerns about how a major claim would be handled. Unfortunately, I eventually found out. After a winter storm, I noticed a small water stain on my ceiling. Upon inspection, it was clear there was a significant moisture issue in the attic--every sheet of roof plywood was wet. Despite this, Allstate determined it was not a "new issue" and denied coverage, leaving me responsible for a full roof replacement costing over $16,000.     I've had Chris for years for my homeowners insurance. I don't think I've ever spoken with Chris…read morerather someone on his team, always someone new so there's no consistency. When I moved I was shopping around again for new homeowners insurance and called them up for a new quote. The woman on the phone was short and rude with me and hung up before I could also ask for a car policy quote. So I called back, no one answered (they never answer the phone but always return the call). I called back after 24 hours of not hearing back and left another message, about 8 hours later the woman called back at which point I finally was able to inform them that I also wanted a car policy quote. It's been an additional 24 hours and I still don't have a quote from them! I've called 5 other insurance places and received a quote from every single one of them within 2 hours of calling the first time. I ended up going with another company who's agent was responsive and had competitive rates and great coverage.

It is also a personal business transaction where you are speaking directly with the owner of the franchise. This makes a tremendous difference in communication and care when compared to internet quotes or 1-800 #s most companies have.
