After providing her with the exact same information as I had given the other companies, she said she could not provide a quote. Apparently Miller's does not have access to a wide variety of products since I later called another agency and again had no problem getting a quote using the same details. Maybe Kate didn't want my business or didn't want to be bothered on a Friday afternoon. But I found that other local agencies were much more helpful and had no problem finding suitable products for me.

Never heard back with a quote. Called today and she was like I don't even remember speaking to you. (That's good to say to your customer)!! Never did the quotes and then kept asking if I wanted her to run numbers. I was like YES! She said "well I'm just telling you everything is 6 months now, so not sure how much help this will be". I said forget it. You can tell she did NOT want to do her job and run quotes. Had the same thing happen in January with Andrew. I had to call repeatedly to switch my car. I was also told by him that my carrier provided Gap coverage, found out today that was a lie! Do not go here! They are lazy and do not want to work. We will be switching to another agency. I had contacted a different auto tags place near the wine and spirit store. She never got back to me. I left 10 messages and emailed three times. I got tired of waiting. So, I went to April. In ten minutes, she was able to issue me new license plate and new registration. She was so, so helpful, cheerful, and efficient. In ten minutes, she handled a problem that the other agency couldn't handle in two weeks. I am SO grateful that I contacted her. I can't give enough stars to express how great she is. Understandably, a lot depends on the insurance company that Allan provides these services for, in my case it is Erie Insurance.Eire has been very responsive whenever I had issues - my car was totaled earlier this year and both Alan and the Eire team took care of things very quickly. Overall, I have referred my parents to Eire and I would do so happily for other friends. There was always something. I would email Cynthia but get a reply from Marie stating they weren't in the office. Or I'd call and get the voicemail and no one would return my call. They would copy and paste the same email rather than call and explain exactly what they wanted or needed. I would send something and no reply. Or a reply of it being something they already had. I just want the same service the WHITE PEOPLE get!!!! If I received the same service then why I never get a call back? Why did it take for me to tell you to send me my paperwork and I'll have someone else do it in order for you to get something done? And now you want me to pay? For what? What did you do? You didn't answer any of my questions you didnt work with me for me to better understand what you needed or what you were doing. So what am I paying for? For being mistreated? For not receiving the services that you told me I would receive? Make it make sense. I send a email on 09/29/25 and don't hear back from them until today. No phone call or anything. Just an email stating my return is done and I needed to pay. In the photo is my message to them two weeks ago. And then their reply to me today. And on top of it all it's a bunch of different emails from different people.

Keeping the old tags also made transferring EZPass impossible, which would have been nice to be warned about. So, February 2024 rolls around, no plate, call up Best Tags, "not their problem", call up PennDOT, after an hour bouncing around PennDOT, they indicate need to look something up based off the receipt. Call Best Tags again, they said they'd look into it. About two weeks later a brand new tag shows up in our mailbox in a manila envelope, with a registration date effective... February 2024. Something fell through the cracks, no explanation, no apology. As other commenters have noted, there are lots of places to get routine official transactions done at fixed market pricing, why go to a place which will give problems ?

Now the Paoli branch doesn't pick up when I call and I have left voicemails on Chris's phone. I will continue to leave a daily review across all platforms in desperate hopes that someone will actually contact me and tell me what is going on. It has been 5 MONTHS since I filed with you all and I have nothing to show for it. I have no title for my car and no registration.
