She kept trying to have my friend that was with me push my wheelchair! I asked her not to do that as I had paid them $210 to safely transport me. The pick up driver was much more knowledgeable but filthy van and she couldn't get the ramp down to get me out of van. I was stuck in the van for close to an hour until a man came and got the ramp down. The driver was very apologetic but the owner/manager never apologized for me being locked in van. I should get a refund from this disastrous situation. They had 5 star rating on google. Obviously that was rigged. Do not use Medtransit. It's disastrous!

Day of surgery, Phillip arrived early for both pickups. During the ride, he constantly made sure I was comfortable. He offered to be a reachable contact for me during and after the surgery.
