It let me know they care to protect their clients and staff. Drivers were very patient, careful, friendly, and respectful. They took care to ensure my grandmother was as comfortable as possible when they transferred her to the stretcher. They also drive very safely, attempting to minimize the impact of sudden stops, bumps, and potholes on the road as much as possible. I would definitely use their service again when the need arises, and I recommend their services to anyone who needs it.
