I got to interact with their awesome intake/dispatch personnel as they collected key information relevant to the trip details. At the time of writing this review, we are experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic. I was happy to hear they were asking question to attempt to limit exposure. It let me know they care to protect their clients and staff. Drivers were very patient, careful, friendly, and respectful. They took care to ensure my grandmother was as comfortable as possible when they transferred her to the stretcher. They also drive very safely, attempting to minimize the impact of sudden stops, bumps, and potholes on the road as much as possible. I would definitely use their service again when the need arises, and I recommend their services to anyone who needs it. They serve a unique population which has limited transportation options in the DFW area. They provide a variety of options depending on the mobility impairment of the person. I know they provide transportation via wheelchair, stretcher and ambulatory people as well. When I got there, no one took my vitals -- no temperature, no weight, nothing. When I saw Janice in person, she completely ignored that information, barely looked at my skin, and insisted it was pityriasis rosea -- even though I explained that my boyfriend and my cats had the same spots. She brushed that off and told me it wasn't contagious, which made zero sense. I had to push back and practically fight just to get the prescription I needed. Once I finally got the medication, my skin started clearing up the next day -- proving my original provider was right. Janice was dismissive, defensive, and unwilling to listen.
