The very first appointment with my dad they were 30 minutes late and I did not receive a receipt. I decided to give them another chance so when they pick up my mom and did a round trip the next few days I did not receive a receipt, so I checked my credit card account and notice charges for $172.00 dollars so I contact them and they informed me those charges were for a wheel chair fee of $50 each that my mom did not use, after they confirm that my mom did not utilize a wheel chair the billing agent Melissa said she would refund me $50, so what happen to the other $50? To rectify the situation they told me on my mom's next appointment I would only pay $90, after my mom's second appointment I noticed my credit card was hit with a charge of $140.00, they claimed they made a mistake (still no receipt), so they informed on my mom's next appointment that I would only pay $26, however I called them back and cancelled the appointment because they were no longer trust worthy. I had to ask for a receipt on multiple occasions after taking a look at the receipt I notice several discrepancies I never received the other $50 refund and they over charged me the second time by adding $50, so in all Ride N Safe owed me $100.00 dollars. However they were very misleading while I was on the phone talking to Melissa (with her nervous voice) she switch up the receipts to say walk-on fee for $30 dollars each, I have never in my life heard of someone charging for someone to walk-on and it was ridiculous. They did this so they would not have to pay me a $100.00 and now it's only $40 dollars. (scratching my head). I never received the $40 dollars back and they only refunded me $50 dollars back. The receipt that she sent back for refund request is also misleading and fraudulent in my opinion because it shows a refund request for $40 and $50, however like I said I never received the $40 dollars back. I called and asked numerous of times about the $40 dollar refund but I got these ridiculous answers that just made no sense. I will never use this company again! For anyone who is reading this you are better off taking a Uber. Ride N Safe over-charged me and only gave me partial refund. It seemed as if Melissa the billing agent did not want to help me because her story changed constantly because she was communicating with the owner. To the owner: Stop over-charging people!
