You could shove it up your rectum for all the nutritional value it provides, but of course I don't come here for the health benefits. The staff, while nice, is a little inconsistent. While in the drive thru, they'll take my credit card, but if you walk up, suddenly you need ID. First of all, if I were to steal a credit card my first stop would absolutely not be to a place shaped like a giant wiener, but hey, I'm glad they have some incredible self-esteem. Secondly, why so stingy with the condiments? Smothering the food with ketchup is the only way to make it edible. Finally, there's never ice cream at night. Now, I know the machine is a pain to clean, but when you're drunk fried food and ice cream are an absolute must. TL; DR Eat here if you must. Bring your own ketchup. read more

Tonight I came by this location on my way home from the store. I ordered the four dollar deal and that came with to chili dogs and a medium fries. When I opened the bag I discover the fries were cold and hard. So I went back an asked for a fresh one. I'm pregnant instead on standing outside I decided to go back to my car and wait. About 3 mins pass and I walk back up and the worker gives me a bag of fries. Instead of completely new ones I find the hot fries to be mixed in with old hard ones. At this point I'm livid because I'm a service manager at McDonald's in Torrance CA. From experience I know the difference because freshly made and hard stale fries. I had to ask again for them to be made fresh and instead of waiting in my car I just stood and watched so there would be no misunderstandings. I wasn't trying to be that customer tonight but I felt the crew working had no remorse for what had happened. Never received a apology or any for the inconvenience. I was actually ignored the second time around. I know that they were closing soon and were probably trying to get out there, but there is no excuse for the kind of service I received tonight. read more
