Came during a weekday night. Plenty of parking in the their lot. The drive through was busy. Dining area appeared very clean and completely empty. The restrooms required a code. Ordered their 4 chili dogs for $4 special during Hot Dog day. Food came out really fast and hot. Personally did not like the taste of the hot dog. I just had the worst chili dog in my life, and I am 79 years old. I am a reg. at this place and after my experience today and reading the bad reviews, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Take out: I ordered 2 all beef chili dogs with onions and 1 all beef mustard dog with onions. What I got was 2 all beef chili dogs with very little chili with a lot of cheese and lots of onions that hid the very little chili. I ate one, was worst tasting chili dog I have ever eaten. The other one I scraped off cheese and onions and tried saving it and put my own mustard and relish on it but that did not help the taste. The all-beef mustard dog was not an all-beef dog and had lots of onions and so much mustard that the hot dog bun was all soggy. Fast food is fast food, but the service was really great and the people were as friendly as can be. We sat inside and Nora brought our food out to us rather then calling us to come get it, just a little thing but in today's world where service is practically non existent we thought it was super nice. This location used to be pretty good but now not so much. I had to ask for fresh fries because the ones I got were old . They replaced them without an argument which I appreciated. Posting on my brothers behalf. Ordered some chili dogs and other things. He waited on drive thru for 20minutes behind 2 cars, one of which only ordered a freeze. They shorted his order by 3 chili dogs. He didn't want to drive back due to going on his way home and doesn't want to deal with it. I posted a pic of his order. I was at this location today and the person in front of me had an issue with thier order, the way the felt they had been treated by the cashier while ordering, and was clearly hurt. Then the manager or maybe just another employee, Alexis (but she surely should be in a supervisor position ) stepped in and offered herself as a buffer to the situation she humanized her customer and helped her with her problem reassured the customer she would be taken care of properly and did. The food was as any wienerschniztel would be but that employees ability to really help her coworker and that customer work that out was really above and beyond and awesome to see some one just do the right thing. I wanted to make sure you know Alexis your talant and abilities was definitely seen and appreciated even just by us and I know by that woman you helped. I hope your boss reads this and gives you a promotion and a well earned pay increase you could have surely lost a few customers today and Alexis really went above an beyond to help keep your customers not just happy but understood with absolute dignity for anyone involved. Will not be coming here again. For the past year or so every time we come here it's a huge disappointment. This time we ordered a junkyard dog and we didn't even finish them just threw them away and left . When we bit into it all we tasted was mustard , it felt like we were just eating straight mustard. Barley any fries, little to no chili or cheese. The fries were so undercooked and flavorless. Prices on there items are way over priced now also . Went by at 10:30p and as an employee walked out the back door to toss a box he I formed my husband and I that they were closing early. When we asked what time they close he replied "at 11:00p, but we have haven't got any orders in hour and a half so the owner told us to close". The most infuriating thing about this is that on Yelp, Google, and ALL posted signs on the doors and windows stated they closed at 12:00a. First we waited in the drive thru for a good ten minutes behind one car. (There were at least 8 different families inside waiting for their orders as well.) We ordered only one mustard dog kids meal. The girl gave us our order and we started to drive away when my daughter told me there was no prize in the bag. So we went inside and told them. They told me they were out of prizes. But they didnt say anything to me about it when I placed the order or when they gave me my food! They just acted like everything was fine! The manager gave me a refund of $2 only.
