I was in the market for a new car as my truck was totaled in an accident in Sept. Mohammed was super friendly and showed us all the vehicles in our price range and to fit our needs. We fell in love with a Mercedes GLS 550 and decided to purchase. I noticed a few cosmetic defects, but he assured me the vehicle was meticulously maintained and of the highest quality. We also bought the warranty he highly recommended and promised it would cover everything except basic maintenance. He did note the sunroof shade didn't close and he would personally made sure it was taken care of. He said it would be weeks for the parts to come in. I took my vehicle home. Upon bringing it home I noticed more things wrong. I chased Mohammed via phone call for weeks before he finally agreed to have his mechanic look at my concerns. He had my vehicle for 2 weeks and it was untouched, no communication. FINALLY, he disclosed the issues were far too advance for his mechanic and we should bring it to Mercedes to diagnose. He agreed to work with the warranty to pay what they didn't cover to make this deal right. My vehicle was at the Mercedes dealer for almost a month due to lack of communication on Mohammed's end and finally we had to close the ticket, and my vehicle is still "broken". Mercedes also noted the front brakes are so worn down that any self-respecting dealer should have bare minimum disclosed it was in need of brakes. I have sent 3 follow up emails and MULTIPLE unreturned phone calls to have the agreed upon work fixed and I'm sure they will remain unreturned.

My husband and I are from Eau Claire, WI and had Rayanna at Lab Approved RV do an inspection on a…read more2023 travel trailer we wanted to buy, so that if anything was found deficient in the manufacture of that trailer it could be corrected by the dealership before we took possession. We had this inspection done for our peace of mind. We learned that a lot of new rvs coming out of the pandemic had quality control issues, and since we were about to spend a lot of money we did not want to end up buying a lemon. We were so impressed with Rayanna! We checked out three rv inspectors prior to selecting Lab Approved RV and what stood out about Lab Approved was Rayanna's professionalism, her training and credentials, and the service we would receive for our money. She got back to us immediately after our first inquiry and kept in regular contact with us as we went along. She was good at answering our questions and thoroughly explained the process of an inspection and what to expect. The day after the inspection she provided us with a report that we accessed online, and then later printed out. Rayanna spent the day looking for safety issues, did an inspection of the roof and slides, as well as a very detailed evaluation of our trailer's electrical system, water system and propane--not to mention that she went over every inch of that trailer with a fine toothed comb--and I really mean that! Rayanna gave us an online 95-page detailed report which had about 100 photos and also included three videos. Rayanna did find three things and we were able to address those issues with the dealer before we took possession of the trailer. We feel what we payed to have this inspection done was well worth the investment and a great value for the money. It brought us peace of mind going forward. I highly recommend Lab Approved RV.
