I drove my car and parked and when I got out heard a loud air release noise and my tired officially was flat. I was so glad to make it to Big O. I am really thankful that even when busy they made sure to fit me in... Luckily we walked in and they offer free tired repair! I was so surprised that out of all the places who said they could help it was the place that wasn't even planning to charge me. We decided to get my tires rotated as well since we were there. We didn't expect to hear from them until close but, surprisingly my car was ready two hours before close. It was great to go to a place with such awesome customer service. After he even came out to double check my treads to make sure I was okay for these tires through winter. I would definitely go back to this location based off the great customer service alone!

It's a little hard to get to with the construction- but I'm hoping it'll be finished by the end of the season. I waited in line for a quick service oil change for a bit before anyone noticed me. I interacted with two employees- one was a woman who was a 10/10 and had amazing customer service. The other was a gentlemen who directed me while pulling in my car, he gets a 3/10 because well he was rude. Had I not interacted with him I would've given this place 5 stars. I was given the option to stay in the car or go inside, I was pressed on time so I waited inside. It took about 15/20 minutes from the time I pulled in to when I left. There was a coupon online which brought my oil change to about $70, seemed a little high but at that point it didn't bother me- I assume they charged what was needed. If you're in need of quick service oil changes this could be a solid option.

I was greeted by a very friendly employee who found a pressure gauge to lend me, and the extra-long hose meant that I didn't need to move my car to get to all four tires. It was so easy, and I was grateful to be back on the road safely. This is also one of my favorite places to visit when I need a snack or beverage when I am out running errands.
