I was approaching time for an oil change and saw they had a deal through December for a winter health check up (which included an oil and filter change), so I decided to give this place a try. The people on the phone were friendly and setting up an appointment was quick. The service itself was also fast and they let me know that my car was in good shape (except for my tires, which will need to be replaced soon). They even prepped an estimate to give to me at checkout (with no pressure - they just gave it to me and told me what it included and the kind of warranty the tires had with no urging me to make an appointment at the time). They even explained what measure they were using and explained it to me when I asked! Overall very happy!

But didn't deny the wrongdoing when confronted. Tim the shop owner claimed that they did a relearn afterwards. But relearn is not the same as repair! The vacuum leak problem was totally ignored and the smoke test was not done. Tim insisted that I can safely drive with a bad oxygen sensor. Glad I didn't and God Bless AAA tow truck. Another shop corrected what WHAR neglected to do. Never again am I setting my foot in this shop and don't recommend it to anyone. I guess this shop knows how to take advantage of an elderly woman. UPDATE: four months ago (May 2025), this very shop did some work on my car and requested a positive review. I said OK but am unable to post it since I reviewed before and Google won't let me do it again. The shop then sent a link to my phone and I was able to post a positive review from a different gmail address. I am buffled how WHAR even knew my another gmail that I never told them about, and what else they know about me, and how they are going to use this knowledge. IMHO this explains how many positive reviews of this shop are posted. Don't take them for granted.

Called to let them know what was wrong and said I would be coming to the dealership with in about 30 min. They took my car and I waited an hour before I finally pulled someone aside to find out the status of my vehicle. It turned out I needed a new battery which they said would take 10 min to replace. Butin the mean time no one came to me to let me know what needed to be done. If I hadn't flagged someone down, I don't know how much longer I would have been waiting. In addition they usually give you a courtesy car wash which I did not receive.
