Great service, great vibe. I love the quality of the food, and the croissants and lattes are delicious. I also enjoyed their hot chocolate. Solid 8.5/10, the only thing I would say is that they should make it more open and easier for you to walk around or look at the coffee shop. Could make for more seating too. This place was walking distance from where my husband and I were staying so we decided to grab dinner here our first night. We were really impressed with our turkey/bacon sandwiches and especially by the chicken and rice curry soup ($12 for a full sandwich, cup of the daily soup, and a drink)! We came three more times during our stay. Best coffee place I've been to. They have a killer outdoor deck and the staff is even better. Especially the guy doing the coffee art. We had a Japanese cherry tea, a chocolate monkey latte, macchiato and BLT egg breakfast sandwiches. The prices are higher, but the quality is unsurpassed. Sandwiches and burritos are very large and qualify as a big breakfast. The chocolate monkey latte is perfect and tastes like chocolate covered banana, but without that super syrupy sweetness overload that too many coffee shops use in their concoctions. read more

We're staying at the Maligne lodge so it is quite convenient for us. Coffee shop os cute with lots of little gift options. Food was pretty terrible. Salmon baguette was just ok but it was not a baguette just a boring bun. The veggie roll was basically a lump of hash brown (very unflavorful), a lump of greens (not even cooked, just salad greens) and a tiny bit of egg with three pices of mushroom and a slice of swiss cheese in between all the above. Oh, l forgot the large amounts of raw onion. Definitely not what we were expecting, no condiments at all. Tomorrow we will find a new place. read more

A real mixed bag, unfortunately. Went 3 times for breakfast. Great made-to-order breakfasts but stay away from the buffet: terrible, lukewarm, cardboard you'd expect in prison maybe. Each day, the outing was mildly marred by their collection of rude wannabe-hipsters staff. I don't need clerks to argue with me just because they weren't listening and had trouble figuring out their register. Another lady tried to give them some feedback while I was there and I heard one of the clerks mock the idea of someone providing them feedback after the lady left. Trust me: Wicked Cup, you NEED the feedback. On the plus side: Really good coffee. Everything's a little overpriced but that's Jasper for you. read more

After seeing 4.5 stars on Yelp I had high hopes. But the coffee was average (snow dome has Jasper's best coffee); they were out of lettuce for the elk wrap and the calamari was overlooked to the point of being soggy. Finally!!! We have found a perfect breakfast / coffee shop in Jasper. We had the veggie breakfast burrito and it was on of the best healthy breakfast meals I have had in a long time. Amazing rustic little coffee shop. There are all sorts of cool knick knacks in the store. It has a mountain feel. They have delicious drinks like Maple lattes and peanut butter cup lattes. We aren't happy with this place. No gluten free options. Was asked if we wanted al a carte menus to which we said yes, then that server disappeared. Only pork meats. No plates at the buffet. No syrup available so we had to ask other tables. Someone just asked us for catsup, but ours is empty. The waitress who finally helped us was very nice but appears over worked-they must expect everyone to get the buffet. Otherwise, I don't understand the high ratings. Feels like a place you go to quickly because you are staying at the adjoining hotel because it's convenient. We came from across town. read more

Very nice interior. My wife and I decided to have some tea. Got it in dirty glass caps. I politely complained about it to a blond servant who brought us the tea. She instantly offered us two choices. First to get a refund, second - SHE WOULD POOR THE TEA FROM OUR DIRTY CAPS TO ANOTHER ONES!!! Maybe it's OK for some people to have their food and drinks from dirty caps and plates at home, but I'm sure it's not a good way to serve your customers. We left that place leaving our $10 behind, as we where not sure we will get them back clean. There are plenty of good places in Jasper with clean dishes and polite servants to have a cap of hot tea and good memories. This place is not the one. read more

Nice coffee house located a short distance from the more crowded parts of Jasper. Still close enough to walk but more peaceful. We were looking for somewhere with a nice outdoor space and this has one of the nicest and I think largest, patio for coffee in Jasper. Latte's were pretty good (bit strong for me but that's a personal preference). Regular coffee was good as well as the pastry we had. Will be back. read more

We just left wicked cup and I couldn't believe how disappointing the service and food was. We have read the reviews and were expecting it to be great and it definitely was not. Its Saturday at approx 10am and we walk in to only 3 tables of customer in the whole place, the buffet was almost empty, no plates, cutlery, and all the food that was there was cold and low quality. The server didn't acknowledge us, didn't give us menus, so after ten mins we resigned to going to the buffet because our small children were hungry and didn't want to wait. It was disgusting and I couldn't believe it was 15$ a person. I decided to walk across to the cafe and get a sandwich instead while my children ate and the service there was just as bad. The girl Fiona just up and left the cash for 10 mins to talk to another company worker... it was completely unattended with 5 people in line behind me...and when I asked her about it when she came back she gave a me dirty look , didn't acknowledge my question and turned her back to me to the panini machine and ignored me till I walked away in frustration. The only positive thing I can say about this place was the cafe side was really beautiful, but otherwise don't waste your time, money and patience. read more

Best coffee in town and away from the bustle of downtown. Great patio in summer and big windows offer nice views in winter to sit and enjoy a latte and pastry. There menu is a nice surprise as well. There service and coffee art is top of the class. read more
