My…read morehusband put a call into Northeast Wildlife Services with a hope that MAYBE we could get a call back and MAYBE a visit the following week. To our great and wonderful surprise, Ray called my husband back within an hour and said he would be by to our house that afternoon!! Ray arrived as planned and confirmed we had flying squirrels getting in through several exterior access points near dormers. Ray came back a day later and placed one way doors on the access points. These "doors" enable the squirrels to leave our house but they can't get back in the house. Ray will come back in a month to remove the doors and plug the holes. This gives the squirrels an opportunity to safely and humanely exit. It is good for us because the squirrels aren't trapped in the house. Ray was knowledgeable, thorough, a very good communicator when he was delayed at another job and reasonably priced. Awesome!

Finally I called Ray at Northeast Wildlife Services, and within 15 minutes of arriving at my house, he knew what the problem was (squirrels) & had a plan to handle it. Of course it took a few days to actually resolve the issue, but Ray came by every day for a week to check in & refused to accept any payment until he was confident they were gone. It's been a couple of months, & I've not had any problems since. I strongly recommend his services to anyone dealing with a similar situation.

Dave Landry was there within 20 minutes and started the cleanup process. The ceiling eventually needed work, but all of his crew was helpful, careful and courteous. I am very appreciative and recommend them highly.
