I scheduled an inspection in advance and they told me 8 o'clock. I also let them know that the Leach field was on another property. And that I coordinated, with both residence and realtors, coordinated child care and have work today and coordinated it all four their time, they gave me of eight o'clock. At eight thirty still no one there.And so I called. I was told " oh yeah.I can be there for eleven thirty". Explaining that it needed to be done now.They said that they couldn't get out there for an hour. No apology no sincerity nothing. If the measurement of a man is his word, there is zero of a measurement here. I canceled with them.Zero stars, I would avoid this place. He is trying to reply to my reviews and say I only called him the day of the i section but it was planned days prior and he gave me the day and time to which I wrote down while we were on the phone. They scheduled me for an appointment and never gave a time so I called back and was told they left the directions at home so I started to give them again but was cut off after I heard a man's voice in the background telling the woman on the phone to just reschedule me. I have been planning this appointment for days now and had explained that this was an emergancy when I called, this property is new to me and I can't repair my lines leaving my tank until after it has been pumped. We've had them several times through the years. Excellent service, prompt, reasonable prices. Left off 1 star because their truck left a very large oil leak on my front lawn. Very large, 18" or better, saturated. We didn't notice until he had left. We had to dig it out & replace the soil. read more

DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE - they make up repairs and then charge you triple what you should be - we got 6 other septic people in the area to re quote and found out from the town inspector - the job they where going to do should never be done and what did need doing was $250 - Longstreet quote $900 read more

Another company told us we had to dig and replace our whole septic. Called this company for second opinion and they were able to get it working without replacing with minor repairs and cleaning. nice people will use them next time I need it emptied. read more

Stay away from this company. They will tell you that your problem is bigger than it really is, so as to talk you into letting them do more work than necessary and then they will charge you excessive fees for their work. If you have a septic problem, call someone else. read more
