This place was sooooo good! I went recently on vacation and there were so many great things about this breakfast. Everything is fresh and made in house. The orange juice is freshly squeezed, butter is made in house, fresh biscuits- just delicious. I ordered a vanilla latte - it was perfect ! My daughter raved about the crème brûlée French toast, my son loved the scrambled eggs and pancakes, and my breakfast was perfect. The home potatoes were the perfect crisp with great seasoning. Talk about pretentious.. very overpriced. If I hated hearing the word "Awesome" before this host burned out the word for life!! A hamburger, by design, is meant to be eaten with two hands. Why Coffee wasn't what I excepted, but overall it was a good experience. Based on the name, I thought it was a quick service coffee shop where you order from a barista at the counter and they bring your food out. However, this is definitely a sit down and take your time meal with table service. The interior is very bright and clean. As soon as we sat, they brought us waters and mini biscuits which was a nice touch. I was surprised and disappointed by how small the coffee menu was. I got the Nutella latte it was very chocolatey and sweet. For my meal, I got the caprese sandwich and my husband got the two egg breakfast. Both were good. I would definitely come back when I'm in the mood for brunch. read more

Spacious parking lot, located next to Custom colors paint/Benjamin Moore. You can tell they tried to make everything look nice inside. Coffee beans are organic, from Larry's in Raleigh, a mixture of Guatemalan, Bolivia, Mexico flavors. Nondairy milk options are Oat, almond, and soy milk. We tried a caramel latte, drip coffee, and aeromatic latte with peach. Everything was great. There was one dollar extra charge for milk to add to the drip coffee. The aeromatic latte takes a few minutes to make so beware that. Not exactly sure the process of making aeromatic latte. The barista only spoke Spanish and our waiter translated. There were other fruit flavors listed on the menu for the aeromatic latte but at that time they only had peach or pear. The fruit is cooked with the coffee itself and infused with cinnamon flavor. There is no sugar or syrup added. I chose the peach and it was a subtle flavor in the latte. The barista was apologetic, because he thought he made it too sweet, which it was, but not sickeningly so. After all, it's just sweetness from fruit. Started out with complementary biscuits with some scallions, served with butter and homemade apple butter. Biscuits were okay. Apple butter was delicious , cinnamon flavor with some chunks of apple. Menu is basically American, but they had a special huevos rancheros. I ordered the huevos rancheros and my partner ordered the lemon blueberry pancakes with a side order of bacon. The food was good, very filling so we couldn't finish everything. Huevos rancheros came with runny fried eggs, black beans, choice of bacon or sausage or something else, home fries, crunchy tortilla strips, guacamole, side of homemade looking spicy salsa, fresh tomatoes, cilantro, and a remoulade like sauce. Spicy salsa was great. The lemon blueberry pancakes (2 large pancakes) automatically come with home fries or fruit. High chair available. There is an additional cost if you use credit card versus cash. For our bill, it was around two dollars extra for using credit card. Our waiter was fabulous. Really enjoyed the customer service. You can tell they care about what they do. The barista even gave us a latte to-go on the house when we really didn't need it or want it. I think he still felt bad about making the aeromatic latte sweet. read more

I've been here several times and tried to give them a chance. The people are really nice that own it and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, their food is way overpriced.. I've stopped in several times for breakfast and lunch ... Today I ordered two eggs scrambled with no sides of any kind and a cup of coffee. They charged me $22! Again, only two eggs scrambled! No cheese, no extras no sides no nothing. And a cup of coffee. I was expecting the bill to be seven or eight bucks. Unfortunately because of the overpriced menu, I will not be going back. They did not put utensils which I requested in the to go order and they also did not give me a side of salsa which I requested in the to go order. If they pay attention to quality control this place has potential to be very good. It's nice inside and could easily accommodate a large group though I'm alone. The complimentary biscuit is really good. The medium well steak came medium rare, and though the eggs and toast looked good I sent it all back. The beef is cooked properly this time though the eggs are runny. read more

Our experience started out great - we were sat quickly. It only went downhill from there. After 25ish minutes, a server came over to take our drink orders. We went ahead and ordered our food then too which seemed to frustrate our server (we were her only table). Most of our drinks were brought out after another 30 minutes. We then didn't see our server for an hour and genuinely considered walking out. I wanted to roll up on the floor in fetal position. All the tables around us walked in, were sat, were served, and left all before we received our food. Everyone got complimentary biscuits when they were first sat, but we did not. When we asked the owner who was walking around for them because we hadn't seen our server, they said they were out and brought us a yogurt parfait, a bowl of granola (?????) and a small bowl of fruit. Finally, our server reappeared and our food came out, but our sides didn't. She brought out everyones sides except for mine. I had ordered a side of fruit and when I didn't receive it, I asked her for my side of fruit. She looked incredibly pissed off and pointed at our empty bowl of fruit that had been brought out earlier, then brought my fruit out. She then disappeared and we think that she either walked out or was hiding from us, her one table. Another server was the one to bring us our check at the end and we could NOT get out of there fast enough. If you want to spend 2.5 hours in a hot restaurant with bad service, go for it. I am typically not one to say anything and this genuinely put me in such a bad mood. They did have a cute mural on the wall, which was a nice touch. Not a nice enough touch to make up for my experience. The food was good when we finally got it, but I'm not sure if it was actually good or if I was just that hungry. The restaurant got weirdly smokey too...not a good experience. We overheard that they were fully staffed going into opening but that a bunch of people quit. read more
