Wonderful! I will be ordering from them every week now! Good healthy options and I love that it's a family owned business!

I also want to recognize Patrick, who was working in the back stocking/unloading items. He took the time to go check for a product for me, came back personally, and let me know it was unavailable. I appreciated the effort and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience at checkout completely changed the tone of my visit. The cashier, Marilyn, never greeted me, never acknowledged me when I spoke to her, and never thanked me at the end of the transaction. From beginning to end, there was not a single word exchanged from her side. When she handed me my receipt, her demeanor felt dismissive and honestly unpleasant. Idk what that attitude was about but imagine how quickly this could've gone downhill had I handled her just as rudely as she handled me. What stood out most is that there was no negative interaction beforehand that would have explained the behavior. Even if a greeting was somehow missed, there is no reason a customer should leave without at least hearing "thank you." One employee's poor customer service can easily overshadow the positive work of others, and that's exactly what happened here. Whole Foods needs to do better with consistency in customer experience, especially at the register where customers leave with their final impression of the store.

While my previous Whole Foods location carried Snap Kitchen meals, this location does not. They are however Amazon equip and unless you're a body builder, definitely affordable lazy gal meal prep approved. Specifically, their rosemary chicken with lemon fingerling potatoes and green beans, a family meal that will run you $26.99. I repeat, a meal fit to feed an entire family, 6.7lbs of quality food, 5 or so thick chicken breasts with two sides for 26.99. Unlike the rest of the world, I'm excited to see the lack of proteinification on every aisle. I too am on a plan requiring an unearthly amount of protein abd good fiber and Ofcourse they offer plenty of options, but the store seems organized in a way to primary support protein from whole or whole ish foods and generally includes options with minimal additives as opposed to the addition of whey protein to literally everything. I can't say I feel financially responsible when shopping at Whole Foods, but I can say that I appreciate a few tried and true staples that they seem to exclusively carry, and for that, meal prep, and consistently great service, I'm thankful.

On top of that the customer service was top tier. The staff was friendly welcoming and attentive which made the experience even better. I ordered the Houston Street Tacos and they were amazing. Two large organic tacos filled with jackfruit and quinoa that were perfectly seasoned and very satisfying. They were topped with avocado tomato marinated cabbage and a house turmeric queso that brought everything together so well. The side of kreamy kale sauce was a standout too and I found myself dipping every bite into it. To drink I had the Organic Mango Hibiskus Lemonade made with house brewed hibiscus and pure organic mango. It was refreshing not too sweet and tasted incredibly fresh easily one of the best lemonades I have had. My friend ordered the Orange Buffalo Tahini Cauliflower and it was packed with flavor. The cauliflower was roasted just right tossed in a bold orange buffalo sauce drizzled with tahini and topped with roasted cashews and sesame seeds over seasoned jasmine rice. She also had the Catalina Rolls which were crispy hearty and filled with fresh cabbage herbs and house taco meat and they were so good. She also tried the Heal All of the Rainforest Pau D'Arco Latte which was warm earthy and comforting. It is made with Peruvian Pau D'Arco heirloom cacao ashwagandha catuaba bark cinnamon maple syrup and almond milk and it truly felt like wellness in a cup. Everything we tried was flavorful filling and never felt heavy. Whether you are vegan plant based or just love good food Callie's Kitchen is absolutely worth a visit. I will definitely be back.

I didn't really know what to expect walking in, but y'all... they have everything. Cold-pressed juices, sea moss in both dry and gel form, fruits, vegetables, powders, oils, and so much more. My sister was rushing me out of the store, so I didn't get to shop the way I wanted to, but I definitely didn't leave empty-handed. I grabbed a few cold-pressed juices. I also wanted to pick up some cloves but didn't get the chance this time. I'll definitely be back for those. I also want to give a shoutout to Orlando. He helped explain how to consume the juices to get the best benefits. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the health benefits, and I really appreciated him taking the time to help me. Thank you, Orlando! Customer service was 10/10, and I highly recommend stopping by.

Aldi, however, is an island in the storm of inflation. While their selection is more limited than your traditional full-service-we-sell-everything grocery store, the availability of many national brands as well as their own house label at significant savings makes this one of my go-to stores. Fruits and veggie prices are excellent, especially when they have sales. Grapes for over $2 per pound cheaper than other stores is significant. So is the fact that most of their meats are between $2 and $4 per pound cheaper than other locations, too. I've never had a bad experience purchasing their beef (ground as well as steaks or pot roasts), chicken (tenders, boneless breasts, wings) or pork (tenderloins, boneless roasts). Grocery items are equally less expensive as well, especially for cereal (name brands at $1 or more cheaper per box). Strolling down their "limited time" aisle can yield some great finds, such as Gain laundry detergent for $4 less than HEB. Yes, you still have to pop that quarter in the cart in order the "rent" it, then retrieve the quarter when you return your cart. And you do still have to sack your own purchases, but frankly I'd rather do that myself to avoid the 25-lb. sacking job that some of the other store sackers think I can actually lift into my car (as well as their propensity to mix frozen stuff with cleaning products, no less). A small inconvenience to save quite a chunk of money. Clean store, friendly employees, ample parking. I shop here more than I used to, although I've always been a fan. It's SO worth it.
