Its quite interesting to know that she caters completely to a gluten free diet. Her meals have healthy portions of meat and vegetables and she gets it all the way from New Zealand! My fellow meat eaters were very impressed by that information. Her restaurant is pretty cute too. She claims that she is the only restaurant that serves completely gluten free food at least in that part of the town, but she is humble, she quickly adds, as far as her knowledge goes.
