The owner was working the cashier and couldn't have been nicer--super helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made the visit even better. I ordered the brisket sandwich, and wow... it was phenomenal. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the bun was so fresh and delicious. But the standout for me was the slice of corn they put inside--it was unbelievably good. Honestly, I'd go back just to order a whole side of that. On top of everything, the shop was spotless, which I always appreciate. Between the food, the atmosphere, and the friendly service, this place is a gem. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu.
