I'm even more impressed with how they are extremely responsive to calls and texts. From both the owner and the installers. They were with me the whole way; from purchase, to delivery, to setup. I was always kept updated. The sauna was delivered around 5PM on a Friday and during setup, one of the installers noticed one part of the front wall panel was incorrect. Before I knew it, the installer was on his way for a replacement. I live in La Mesa and could not believe that the installer drove all the way back to San Carlos, to pickup up the correct part, and drove all the way back to La Mesa (on a Friday evening), just so I could have my sauna installed that day. They stayed late to make sure everything was installed correctly. Now that's customer service! The quality of my sauna is exceptional. Very well made, comfortable and should last for years. The heater was included and is of a top brand. I will definitely do business with this company again.

I recently came in for 2 more sets of sunbrella cushion covers, which are also a huge bargain compared to anywhere else. The furniture they sell looks exactly like the stuff at Costco. They all so carry bbq's and lots of other cool stuff. Do your wallet a huge favor and come in to see their selections. We bought two separate sets, 11 pieces in total and we still got it for less than what one 5 piece set would have cost us at other stores. Plus each set comes with two sets of cushion covers.

Don't expect fancy displays as it's set up for efficiency, and they've done a great job making the process smooth. Their selection is beautiful and everything was fresh and vibrant. The prices are very competitive with other wholesalers in the area, and their website makes browsing and ordering simple. George showed up on time, very friendly and honest. In the end we were down to 2 companies, Turf Worx and another place. The other place had more Yelp reviews but we really wanted to give Turf Worx a chance since they offered more at a cheaper price. Due to the rain it slowed the turf work down but they got it done! We are so happy with their work. My husband is definitely excited that he doesn't need to mow the lawn again. They also re-did our firepit, which I am super stoked to use. Our old one was so old and beaten up, I never used it. They have a wide variety of turf. We choose one that had a green and yellow tint so it looked like fresh new grass.
