I was always kept updated. The sauna was delivered around 5PM on a Friday and during setup, one of the installers noticed one part of the front wall panel was incorrect. Before I knew it, the installer was on his way for a replacement. I live in La Mesa and could not believe that the installer drove all the way back to San Carlos, to pickup up the correct part, and drove all the way back to La Mesa (on a Friday evening), just so I could have my sauna installed that day. They stayed late to make sure everything was installed correctly. Now that's customer service! The quality of my sauna is exceptional. Very well made, comfortable and should last for years. The heater was included and is of a top brand. I will definitely do business with this company again.

Joe came out gave us a quote and also struck us a better deal than anybody else that had came out. After discussing things over with my husband this was the company that we went with hands down. We did have a little problem the first day they came to install though. We had talked to Joe about burying the fence a little since we have 3 small dogs and we were worried with the move and all that they would start to to dig to get out. The installers showed up on time but when my husband went to address them burying the fence which was noted on the contract) they just said yeah ok. My husband left to work and I was there to oversee things. They explained to me that it might void the warranty or what have you. I was fine with it as I already figured out a solution. The next morning the crew shows up again on time and my husband went over to talk to them about a few things including the burying of the fence and a concrete pole they needed to remove. Needless to say things didn't go right and my husband came in flaming mad. He proceeded to call Tom (our project manager) and tell him the situation. Tom was out there within an hour to fix everything. He even measured our windows to get us a quote (I didn't know they did those too!) They crew picked up their mess everyday and they did answer and and all of my questions I had asked them. They were short on a few caps for our fence but Tom called to see if I had got the window quote and I brought it up to him and he said he would be out the next day to finish them(which he did). This is by far the best price vinyl fence Ive seen. They have great customer service(Thanks again TOM!) I would recommend them and if we need any feature fence needs I know this is the place we will be calling first.
