I wanted to take a moment to recognize Alexia and Danny for their amazing customer service!…read more My boyfriend, Rey, received a hot dog that wasn't up to the usual quality. Alexia immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. She apologized and even made sure he was able to go to the front of the line so he wouldn't have to wait all over again. When Rey got to the front, Danny made him another hot dog without hesitation. He was friendly, helpful, and also provided great customer service. We really appreciated how quickly and professionally they both handled the situation. Rey works in the customer service industry himself, so he truly appreciates when someone provides exceptional service. He was so impressed that he wanted to speak with a manager personally to let them know what a great job Alexia and Danny did. It's employees like Alexia and Danny who make customers feel valued and appreciated. What could have been a disappointing experience was quickly turned into a positive one because of their kindness and willingness to help. People like Alexia and Danny are exactly why we will continue coming back and doing business with Costco. Thank you both for going above and beyond! You are truly appreciated!

Whether I'm browsing or making a significant purchase, everyone has always been friendly, welcoming, patient, and never pushy. I've purchased a few pieces of jewelry here over the years, and I'm currently looking at upgrading my wife's wedding ring. I've met with the owner, Zaven, several times throughout the process, and he has been incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time. He never rushed me and took the time to explain every detail so I could make an informed decision. I even brought my wife in on a separate visit, and Zaven patiently went through everything all over again, explaining the differences between natural and lab-grown diamonds, discussing the pros and cons of each, and answering all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. His goal genuinely seemed to be helping us make the decision that was best for us, not simply making a sale. When you're spending a significant amount of money on luxury jewelry, this is exactly the kind of customer service you hope for honest, transparent, educational, and patient. I highly recommend Burbank Jewelry Outlet to anyone looking for quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. I'll definitely continue coming back for future purchases.

Super Impressed!…read more Stopped by today to pick up something I was looking forward to getting a shelving unit Costco had it on display, but there were none available to be purchased. I asked an employee if they had any available he quickly escorted me to the front desk and an associate immediately checked to see if there were any located in the store I was then taken to the manager and he also checked to see if there were any available for purchase ,in the back He said there were seven available and asked if I could wait about 10 minutes while he had his team locate the shelf I returned to the aisle to also look myself to see if the shelving unit was perhaps on a top rack, and I noted two employees scouring the immediate location, and I assumed they were looking for the shelf as well I was impressed that they were on it so quickly and earnestly At about 10 minutes, the manager came over himself to the aisle and informed me they weren't able to locate the seven that were in stock and let me know that more were coming in tomorrow and urged me to take a picture of the price sign with the order information so that I could call in to see if they had placed them out as opposed to making a trip down here again At that point another associate engaged with another team member and was informed that they knew where they were located in the store The store manager asked me to stay in the aisle and they would bring it to me Within a few minutes and associate approached me, asked me if I needed help and thanked me for my patience Wow! I first found out about Handy Market on social media for their weekend BBQ about a month ago. As I had been craving bbq for a couple weeks now, I found today to be the best opportunity to give them a try. I placed an order for pick up the night before. I got kind of carried away with the order, as I wanted to try almost everything on the menu. The prices were absolutely insane! I think I ended up paying about 65 dollars for food that would easily feed me for a good 3 or 4 days. When I arrived to pick up my order at my pick up time, I had noticed my order was being packed. I asked the employees if I can leave my order with them for a bit so that I can pick up some meat inside the market. They obliged, and I went to the meat counter to order my beef back ribs to cook for tomorrow. For 5 pounds, I ended up paying about $34, which was definitely a bargain. They were also selling breakfast burritos and sandwiches in the store, which I found to be awesome. I took everything home and opened my bag of spoils. After I took everything out, I statted thinking of what I wanted to eat first and what I wanted to save for later. It was so much food that I thought I could feed an entire army. Definitely will be back for the breakfast burritos and sandwiches, and for the meats again, for sure!

As a loyal customer of this establishment for over two decades, I have consistently visited the…read moredeli and meats department at least once a month. However, I am compelled to rate this establishment one star due to a particularly unpleasant experience with a female deli employee whose first name begins with the letter "J." Despite my frequent visits, the overall customer service in the deli and meats department has declined. The season butchers have been replaced with individuals lacking the necessary experience and customer courtesy that were previously present. Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Additionally, it is crucial the ambiance that all employees, including the deli and butcher employees, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor. A salutation is always appreciated. Despite these concerns, the BBQ remains outstanding as always.

Several different retailers from Sears, Macy's, World Market, Body and Bath Works, See's Candies, Victoria's Secret, Vans, Burlington, and dozens of other national and local retailers. There is also an AMC Theater inside the mall. There's not much to their "Food Court" as there are other dining/snacking options throughout the complex. There are 3 levels of shopping and dining. The reason for the 3-star rating is the condition of the mall in certain areas. The management doesn't take really good care of the center. There are out of order elevators with others that needed a good cleaning or an upgrade. See pictures. The center does offer a large garage with free parking. That's very rare in Los Angeles. The garage looks very dated, but it served its purpose, so no major complaints.
